SignatureSatori is an email signature solution designed to help Google Workspace users create and manage Gmail signatures using predefined templates. Employees can update their contact information and request specific changes according to individual requirements. Using SignatureSatori, businesses can automatically upload employee data from Google Workspace directory including names, phone numbers and organizational structures, among other details. Managers can set up multiple email signatures for one staff member and use a WYSIWYG editor to edit HTML codes. Additionally, supervisors can convert email signatures into marketing channels to promote new products and upcoming events. SignatureSatori facilitates integration with Google Analytics, enabling professionals to evaluate marketing campaigns by setting up their Urchin Tracking Module (UTM) parameters. Wow! A cheap, efficient, beautiful way to manage all my employees' signatures

Pros

What's not to love. It's easy to use, and makes setting and changing my employees' signatures fun and quick. Once you create your templates and get everything set up, it takes less than a minute to give someone a new signature.

Cons

The biggest bummer - and I don't know if this is possible with any signature setting services - is that you can't set it for mobile. So if someone uses the gmail app on their phone, the signature is not set.

Best app for Gmail ever!

I was looking for a signature management tool for our company Gmails and finally found SignatureSatori.
It is simple to set it up. I really appreciate marketing function and great customer support.

Great integration with Google Apps .

It is the best tool I found to apply distinct signatures based on Google OU

Pros

Its integration with Google Directory, and the way you can apply different styles based on Google OU

Cons

The synchronization process between Google and SignatureSatori should improve when adding new users to existing Google OU.
If you don t need apply signatures to specific OU you should delete it every time you sync.
