We not only wanted to collect the data, we also wanted to be able to setup specific learning paths and be able to run reports based on our classifications.  eFront provided specifc - adjustable fields and open misc. fields we could use to further filter our users.

Since changing to eFront, our completion rates for compliance courses have increased while our complaints about our LMS have disappeared.&#10;&#10;Whatever task or function we have required eFront to do, it has been able to do it, from automation to course management, managing candidate profiles and custom reporting.&#10;&#10;Outside of system functionality, the incredible customer and technical support we have received is top-tier, and for the cost it is incredibly good value for money.

> **Cons**: The only thing I struggle with is the notifications, but that is more about me and not spending the time to truly figure out how to make them work. I would like to see more options for registering for in-person events as well, but again most of that is about me figuring out how to leverage current capabilities.
