> **Pros**: We were mainly looking for a good tool to map our processing operations and to be able to follow up all obligations from there. With this tool we can bring together many more of the DPO responsibilities which makes the work of the DPO easier.

> **Cons**: It is not an easy exercise for our organization to include all of our process management in the tool. This was not our intention either. So in the beginning we encountered some difficulties to get the ROPA right, as it was initially linked to these processes. In the meantime, this has been adjusted and it is no longer necessary to link this to the processes.
> 
> We are currently still implementing the tool. We receive a lot of assistance with this and we can regularly pass on our feedback. As far as possible, our feedback is also taken into account when making adjustments to the software.
