Lots of Hidden fees, No customer service
lots of hidden Fees, No customer service, lots of mistakes in withdraws that you have to find and try to get back (good Luck talking to someone ) After trying to resolve the issue and not being able to talk to anyone . I left . then an extra $600 dollars was taken from our account as a leaving fee !

There system is an on line system not different from other vendors, nothing special

They make mistakes in the fund they withdraw (never in your favor) you have to catch it to get the funds back. There is NO customer service, Nobody to talk to. Q help. Lost of hidden fees

Pros
Any form you could ever want is available. Editing times is easy.
Cons
The new look option has many options missing that you need to switch to the classic view for. The security code almost every time you log in is also just a small annoyance.

Find a better Payroll Company for your small Business
Poor, unreliable, hidden fees, expensive, outdated software,
Pros
We were automatically transferred to isolved by a local payroll company that was purchased by isolved, so we didn't have an option.
Cons
Be very careful! Our transfer paperwork had a "terms and conditions" link that has a 1-year auto-renew buried in it, so we missed our termination by 60 days and have to pay 10 months of services.
Admin and employee interface is outdated, difficult to use and frustrating.
The service is inconsistent with constant errors. Issuing the wrong payroll and having to back money out of employee's bank accounts was the most frustrating. Missing tax filings, missing tax payments, the list of errors goes on and on. We sent termination notice on 11/20/24 and didn't receive termination paperwork until 12/24 when we were already closed for the holiday.

OK for small business but not a very smooth user experience

It is an affordable solution that has many features and customizable options. Best for small businesses.
Cons
Not great for scaling organizations, as functionalities become limited and cumbersome. The user interface is very dated, and the reporting is kind of a nightmare - lots of reports available, but hard to find what you need without contacting customer support.

Great Website
My overall experience was great and I prefer it over the website/app I'm using now.

What I liked most is the ease of use. Its a great website to use and easy to navigate through.

They didnt do a great job of promoting an app and I didnt realize until after going to a different site that they had an app.

The worst company I have ever encountered
The worst experience I have ever had with any company, and that is saying something. From isolved not being able to locate an account number in time, to wanting me to pay for their software while having to send out my own checks, to charging additional fees at every turn, you should be ashamed of yourselves and how you operate a business.

There is absolutely nothing that I liked about iSolved
Cons
I wish I could give this review 0 stars because I would. Starting with their shady actions, contract wording and employees, this company is easily the worst I have ever encountered. Their software looks like it is built from 1995, with the intention of making it as miserable and hard to use as possible. Every employee that I have worked with in any capacity fights with themselves to prove who is more incompetent.

An all-in-one HR/Payroll System
Great implementation, several hiccups once the batton was passed BUT the team i have now are great to work with. Hoping it continues.
Pros
We use iSolved for our entire Employee cycile from the ATS through COBRA (with their benefits module). The system has everything you need so we only use one system. Their ATS is one of the best i've used.
Cons
Customer Support is hit or miss. I finally have a Customer Success Manager and dedicated Customer Service Rep who are very helpful but this was after several issues legitamet issues that needed to be escalated. My only ongoing issue is that depending on what features you have (we have pretty much all) be prepared to take heavy notes on who you talked too. There are soo many people and sometimes it's hard to keep up with who is working on what, and who i need to reach out for for a specific change.
Reasons for Choosing isolved
Constantly dealt with compliance issues from 401k never being right and taxes not being paid on time or correct.Reasons for Switching to isolved

Payroll Services Great
I am pleased with isolved overall. I utilize a small portion of what it has to offer. I believe that in the coming years if implementation were easier that I would utilize more. It seems that when I attempt to add any new service I have to re-explain what my procedures are to every new person that I am assigned. There needs to be more effective ways of implementation that are time saving instead of dragging out the process. However I do believe that isolved was a great investment as a platform for payroll.

Payroll Services are great and customizable.
Cons
PTO Tracking is sub par. The calculations do not compute correctly and at random times. Not user friendly. Can't add multiple days off for the same PTO type in one entry and have to make singular entries for each day. That is time consuming for someone that has a mass amount of PTO entries.

overall experience is good, there are areas that are a bit difficult to figure out, but once done, I can access them and do what I need to do even though the steps are not seamless.
Pros
Processing payroll was fairly easy to complete and straight forward
Cons
When it came to correcting allocation entries on time cards, I would have to delete and reenter the time to get it right.

iSolved Benefits and Payroll
My experience has been good overall, and the team of specialists are very helpful.
Pros
iSolved has an easy to use interface that includes the ability to create reports to cater to specific needs in the industry. Payroll processing is easy and flows really well along with benefit management, as long as the feeds are functioning correctly. This can also be customized.
Cons
The PTO is tied very closely to payroll so you cannot delete out an entered day that has been processed. There are a few things that are difficult to work around in manual benefit entry as well.

Very Good Product
I like it. It is well thought out and so much information that can be stored. I like the ability to be able to import files which saves a ton of time. Reporting options are amazing.

When changes are made to the layout of screens (when there are updates) and we only find out when we go to those screens.

Great Hands On Product
Pros
I like the features that iSolved provides. It's a true HCM where I can house everything directly in one system
Cons
Getting to the right person to answer my question is always a challenge. Because the system is so robust, their CSRs can't handle the more advanced questions and getting me to someone who can takes weeks/months to resolve my initial issue.

Expense request interface
Pros
Allows for us to approve reimbursement requests that our employees submit and then commit them to be paid.
Cons
Interface is not consistent and very glitchy. Customer/tech support could use major improvement. The platform should not allow for an employee to double submit/submit a duplicate entry with the same time stamp down to the second. Glitches and bugs that hinder the ability to use the platform need to be addressed in a more timely manner with more transparency and communication.

We love Isolved!
We are very happy with Isolved. They really do go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy.
Pros
User friendly! From onboarding to payroll, Isolved is very user friendly. The employees like it for the ease of use and it doesn't require much training. The customer service is great!
Cons
There are a lot of features and platforms/products/features. I am sure that these are great for large companies, but some of the platforms are too robust for small companies. The amount of platforms/products can be a little overwhelming when trying to decide what is best for your company.

Isolved - a payroll prodcut to slove your needs
Pros
The product was so easy to learn and use. There really is no issues. I wish there were more report options and that they are labelled better. Sometime I have to spend a few minutes trying to find the right report for the project I am working on.
Cons
I wish there was better reporting between the time card system and payroll. Also, there have been many times I have had to run two different reports to get the data I need and then create my own report from it. If there was a query that you could download all the info and pick and choose the columns you wanted, it would be perfect.
