It's well organized throughout the various tabs and hubs, and contains a good portion of what I need. Coming from Unanet CRM, I was not impressed by how marketing content is created in Deltek. I also don't like the reporting--it's very clunky and difficult to do, not intuitive at all. Even basic tasks require multiple steps, and the navigation feels dated and disjointed. Customizing reports or workflows often requires an expert or outside consultant, which adds unnecessary cost. The interface is slow, cluttered, and difficult for non-technical users, and onboarding new employees to the system is consistently time-consuming.
