It has been very gratifying to see that even when the system was maliciously attacked, VoIP.MS responded quickly, professionally and effectively. I can't praise this service highly enough.

> **Cons**: As a non-techie responsible for purchasing and setting up the system, it was intimidating to start. I needed an experienced tech to hold my hand, but I would urge anyone concerned about cost-effective business communications to read the wiki and tutorial helps and give it a try.
