> **Pros**: When you have a web app, knowing more than just errors, and the volume of requests, but knowing the times and types of events that lead to high latency requests, that often have cascading effects on the rest of the system is very important.
> 
> **Cons**: It was difficult to install, it could have been easier.
> 
> Once installed, it gives great visibility  on systems that otherwise may not be obvious.
