> **Pros**: The app does what it is supposed to do. it's easy to use from a customer point of view and the back end is too, from an admin point of you.
The major pro is the Team and the customer service provided by Moduurn: 1st class\! There are here to help and will help you anytime you have an issue, which in 99.9% of the cases are customer related or our Team not following instructions.
I love that Moduurn is a local Victoria company which will help you sleep at night knowing that the crew handling such a big part of your business are you neighbours.

> **Cons**: wish the reporting wasn't cloud based which means email are emailed rather then be view on screen when generated. but that's nothing really
