In a case of a major disaster, Vault America will ship a recovery device to the requested location.


It is offered in a subscription pricing where users can pay for the data they have stored. Support is offered via email and over the phone.

> **Pros**: depending on what job we're doing, the data we have that needs to be backed up (and isn't saved elsewhere) varies in size immensely. This makes the size based pay structure really useful to us.

Can feasibly backup very small accounts due to per GB pricing

Support for older platforms is poor - e.g. a literally single person who knows "Classic" one of their older tools

> I used to work with these guys a lot, but they haven't kept up with the times, or at least their marketing and partner support hasn't.  Mergers and acquisitions have added to their install base, but this has caused issues with reseller support and billing.  Nice folks and a decent product, but there are better options out there.
