> **Pros**: User friendly, especially for end user even as to project start/data ingestion.  Knovos has designed their platform to truly allow for a range of needs on an individual project basis.  The end user can lean heavier on Knovos for large scale projects or simply ingest, review and produce for smaller scale matters.

> **Cons**: For a user of Relativity the difference in the interface was the most time-consuming to learn.
> 
> My experience with Knovos has been a positive one, from an initial setback of learning the platform more slowly than I would have preferred, I've grown to see that Knovos has really engineered their platform to be one of extreme ease for the end user.

It is unclear if this was due to the software itself or to potential communication issues with customer support.

The experience was very smooth overall. Worfklow management and complex review rules implementation in particular are excellent
