Very solid and configurable
Overall, very happy with Bitwarden as a product and have always received great support from them.
Pros
The availability on virtually every platform is very welcome. The ability to configure many things is useful.
Cons
The interface has never been given much love, and has never really changed. It's very utilitarian, and not always intuitive. I think it could be friendlier.

Bitwarden is a reward!
Excellent! The solution that covered our needs both for password management and secret keys to manage without exposing them in our codings.
Pros
The security and self-host solution.
The features and covering the needs for our codings with Secret Manager.
Cons
With self-hosting and our policy of no internet connection for our servers, to update and patch routine is complex and very time consuming. I wish there was an easier way to do it.

Bitwarden short term user review
Overall i am happy i found it. Helped to manage my passwords along many devices.
Pros
The best thing for me was to have all my passwords at one place. Don't need to remember or recover them.
Cons
There are some drawbacks. When i log in in the new device, i always have to chose region. It is not bolded or clearly visible, so when entering password often get message "bad password". But it is because i try to log in to a wrong region account. It could be clearer. And the thing with Fitek system i mentioned before.

Reliable, Secure, and Administrator-Friendly Password Management
My overall experience with Bitwarden has been excellent. It’s a very reliable and secure password management solution that gives me full confidence in how my data is protected. The application is intuitive and easy to use, making both everyday access and administration straightforward. Whether managing passwords personally or across a team, everything works smoothly and efficiently. Bitwarden combines strong security, great usability, and dependable performance — exactly what you need from a professional password manager.
Pros
What I liked most about Bitwarden is its outstanding customer support — every time I reached out, I received a helpful and friendly response within just six hours. That level of responsiveness is rare and greatly appreciated. Additionally, the password management system itself is excellent, especially for businesses. The value you get for the price is exceptional, and it’s genuinely enjoyable to work with as an administrator. Bitwarden’s intuitive interface and simplicity significantly improve daily operations, making password management easy and efficient for both administrators and employees across the organization.
Cons
What I liked least about Bitwarden is the lack of automatic login detection in the desktop application. It would be great if Bitwarden could automatically recognize and fill in credentials for local-only applications, not just web-based ones. Additionally, I’d appreciate more granular role management — for example, a role dedicated only to viewing or downloading invoices. Currently, you need the owner role to access billing information, which grants far more permissions than necessary for that purpose. Adding a more limited billing or finance role would improve security and make role-based access much more practical for organizations.

Bitwarden if great
Have had a great experience. Support is helpful when you need them. The articles online are helpful as well.
Pros
I like the security of having all passwords in one place. I like that it provides information on whether passwords are secure.
Cons
Resetting the account. I understand why it is difficult, having to keep it secure. But when something gets forgotten it is really difficult.
