> **Pros**: I like the level of service I have received from the support staff. The training and video help library is also very detailed and in depth. I appreciate the continuous updates and check ins with staff, and the emails that come out, outlining the updates. They listen to their customers and act on the customer's feedback. The product itself is great in terms of meeting all of my organization's needs, and then some - there are features available to me that I don't even use fully.

> **Pros**: It's ease of use and intuitiveness.  It's customer service is second to none\!  The platform is fairly easy to navigate and you can easily find what you are looking for if you have a good naming convention.  Using templated agendas from the past is a real time-saver.

> **Cons**: Uploading is easy however when you need to move a file, there is no drag and drop option.  You have to go to the end of the line, move into the next screen as the information is not all on the same screen, click on the three dots and then edit.  Too many steps.  When you need to move several documents at once, I have no idea how to do that.  I would also like to have color differentiation to showcase different things in the agenda itself.  The Agenda creation is not very professional looking so I don't use that option at all which is a real shame.

When I have to learn something new, it is very helpful for staff to send screenshots and instructions as they do.  I find that in the moment, I usually don't have the time to go to the Help button and try to find information there.
