> **Pros**: It is so easy to keep your tenant's information all together- the lease, the payment history, all other documents. I can take care of payments and things from the app on my phone.

> **Cons**: It works pretty well for us. It would be nice to combine all the rentals on to this platform, but I am unsure if all income would report to the proper tax ID.

> It makes us look more professional. We are automatically invoicing the tenants each month. They can pay online. They can send in maintenance requests via the software. I can add utility bills or early termination fees. It automatically adds the late fees for the tenants. Customer service responds quickly and clears up anything needed.
