> **Pros**: After a long process, it worked and I could do good voice calls from my cellular with their terrible app.

> **Cons**: I hate when companies have an inconsistent price. They have price in dollars, but for one reason my account was in Euros but my prices where HIGHER than in Dollars - Why?&#10;Because Zadarma is Zadarma and those are their values.&#10;The prices are high, we wanted to try it but it quite expensive.&#10;Terrible app on Android.&#10;Very hard to implement.&#10;Very hard to find the recordings - it's not intuitive.&#10;Problems on their website - I starter registering a phone number but it didn't do that.&#10;Even the person on the help center knew that they went too far when they started to steal my money, he didn't care to let me go and didn't offer to make things right.&#10;I talked about values - here it is.&#10;When a company doesn't have good values, this is what happens.

> Terrible experience.&#10;From the beginning it was very difficult.&#10;I am very angry at companies that are not transparent with their clients just to have a bit more money at the end.&#10;&#10;I think that Zadarma has to work first and foremost on their core values as a company.

> We switched from basic call forwarding because we needed more structure. Zadarma gave us more control without enterprise pricing.

Adding new extensions is simple and doesn’t require hardware. It also works across devices. Some people use desk phones, others laptops or mobile apps. The experience stays consistent.

> **Cons**: The admin panel has many options and can feel overwhelming at first. You need to plan your call flow before building it.
