Great option for small to medium organizations.
It's a great tool, but it is not hard to outgrow. As things ramp up, and campaigns become larger, another tool would be better to handle a larger volume of outbound emails.
Pros
It's really easy to set up and get it going since it integrates easily with Gmail.
Cons
It depends on having several users within Google Workspace, which makes the price ramp up fast.

Pros
The email tracking has been very useful but the feature I utilise the most is the sequences to set emails to go out to prospects, it's efficient and user friendly.
Cons
A Home button is required, many times I just want to get back to the main page and there is no easy way of doing so.

Pros
I love the email tracking and live report and I love knowing when to send the email. I love the feature to toggle the link or URL. I love the Send Later feature. Really "It's SO FLUFFY" moment. That is why I shared it with team. If possible I can shared the bigger team. There are hundreds in that group. Dag could I get a discount!?
Cons
My boyfriend is an all thumbs on the computer so dialing down to those folks helps one way is to make a video for the how or trouble shooting. Just thinking...

Mixmax has a great platform and an incredible Customer Success/Support/Tech Support team. They are very open to hearing feedback and working on recommendations provided
Cons
The grass is always greener in the neighbor's garden. I believe that Mixmax lacks some features (such as automations to update accounts on the rules), but honestly, nothing big. Mixmax is a great and very complete platform.

Perfect sales and partner engagement tracking software
It's been great. I have used Mixmax at 3 companies now and will continue to use the software.
Pros
I love the email tracking feature that details open and clicks down to the type of device the recipient used and their location. I also use templates a lot to help automate processes.
Cons
I wish there were an easier way to log emails from Gmail Mixmax to Salesforce CRM. Right now have to bcc salesforce.

Outlook and other email programs display the email. The recipient does have to click on the email to read it and thus you cannot tell the email has been read,

Mixmax Quality
Good so far. No complaints . Unless this current issue doesn't get fixed. However, at this point I have confidence that this is going to get resolved.
Pros
Ease of use and follow up features. It helps me a lot with keeping track of my email contacts and reminders.
Cons
I've had a little trouble getting my dialogue box showing the actual link transferred over to my email. We are working on that now but it has taken a couple days to get it resolved. Still working on it now.

Every High Achiever Needs Mixmax
Any pro who starts the day with email deserves Mixmax!
Pros
I love Mixmax because it complements all of the things I'm already doing with email, marketing, sales and scheduling apps. Mixmax supercharges my GMail inbox as an extension of my most used apps, like Salesforce, and makes it easy to see how I'm performing. Recipients of my Mixmax-powered emails are A LOT more likely to interact with my content, polls and scheduler than on other similar providers. I'm a free agent expert and work with a LOT of companies. I only wish more of my colleagues used Mixmax so we could implement some of the workflows in more situations.
Cons
Honestly, the only thing I've encountered about Mixmax is that not enough people are using it yet. My projects usually have digital transformation as a key driver, but my SME partners aren't yet using it. It's hard to imagine email without Mixmax. Every digital pro with a customer- or client-facing email workflow should get it!

great bulk email sequencing tool for Salesforce hampered by buggy and incomplete implementation
Mass email automatic multi-stage sequencing integrated with Salesforce.com.
We prepare our leads in Salesforce, load them to MixMax and track the results back in Salesforce.
My likelihood to recommend could so easily be up at 9-10 but for the current quality weaknesses. The good news is that the quality issues are slowly being addressed.
Pros
Multi stage sequencing allows "fire and forget".
Relative ease of loading from Salesforce, incl duplicate filters.
5 stars for the ideas - features and functionality
3 stars for ease of use, should go to 4/5 once implementation and quality addressed
If MixMax can sort these out real quick, they'll have a first class offering.
Overall, a lot of "customer sacrifice" but will stay with MixMax for a few months at least and review quality again then.
Cons
Buggy, buggy, buggy. The core sequencing engine appears to be working well. Sadly, the surrounding functionality lacks quality - failures (bugs), omissions (some event type not fully reported), weaknesses (realtime reporting performance management)
2 stars value for money because of our costs associated with bug handling and work-arounds.
missing out on 3/4 stars.
Again, for such a promising product but at this level of maturity, customer support is ok but underresourced .

Great timesaver and reminder
My overall experience with Mixmax has been outstanding and I use it everyday.
Pros
Mixmax has many great features, but I use it most to remind me of e-mails that I need to send.
Cons
While it is great for tracking customers, I would like to see it available for those of us who do not need to track the opening of e-mails. I don't need my colleagues to know that I am checking in on whether they read their e-mails or not.

Tracking opens so there is no stress!
Being able to follow up with prospects and clients at appropriate timing due to the tracker being installed. It's a great tool.
Pros
I love the tracking feature, as well as the preview service they provide when pasting Droplr links into emails. It makes it really easy to use and I know exactly when to follow up with clients.
Cons
If the integration becomes disconnected sometimes I don't notice so Ill have to make sure when I clear my cache and cookies that I reinstall. Nothing that big through - Mixmax is great!

Great tool for email tracking and scheduling meetings with clients
Pros
We are heavy users of the email tracking, email link sharing and appointment scheduling features of Mixmax. We use it for all external facing client communication.
Cons
I don't like how it can't pull in the calendars of more than 1 person for finding appointment times.
