Effective Tool!
Overall, it has been very effective for us in minimizing errors, fraud, and keeping employees accountable for their schedules and time.
Pros
It automatically links to our QuickBooks for easy and efficient bookkeeping as well as minimizes fraud/user errors. The ease of the app is also perfect for our employees who work at various work sites for us.
Cons
It's not always intuitive for new users, both in the interface and through the email invites to gain access to the web/app. If they tighten up those user experiences, it will be an almost perfect tool.

Quickbooks time gets the job done.
Overall, QuickBooks Time is a reliable and user-friendly solution for time tracking and employee management. It’s a great fit for companies with remote and or field teams, with its flexibility and a streamlined approach to payroll. While there are occasional syncing hiccups, its integration with QuickBooks and mobile functionality make it a valuable tool for simplifying time tracking and improving overall efficiency.
Pros
What I like most about QuickBooks Time is its ease of use & flexibility in tracking employee hours. The mobile app is a great feature, allowing workers to clock in and out remotely, which is especially helpful for those in the field. The GPS tracking feature equals accuracy, and integration with payroll makes processing timesheets simple and efficient.
Cons
The occasional syncing issues, especially when several users are trying to update their times simultaneously. Also, some of the advanced features, like reporting, can feel a bit limited or require additional customization to fit specific needs and that can be time consuming.

Good software, does the job
It is a good piece of software and it does the job.
Pros
It links directly to QuickBooks, I can track time spent on each client and then work out profitability of client based on the fees charged.
Cons
I don't like the fact it is a third party software, outside of QuickBooks. We must export the data to QuickBooks regularly to have the time reflected in QuickBooks.

Easy to use time tracking software
We use QuickBooks Time mainly to manage the time spent by the freelancer agents we hire for our customer service department. They are based in different countries within different time zones. So naturally we needed a solution that could make coordinating their schedules and managing their hours a simple streamlined process. So far using this software we cannot complain.
Pros
The user experience as a whole is fluid. It doesn't have too much of a learning curve. Our Part-time employees can self-report shifts from different countries they are based in. We use accounting software from the same company, so the integration was smooth.
Finally, the reporting and analytics were immaculate to monitor the efficiency and costs of our customer service department.
Cons
Their customer service is generally responsive, during certain times, they can reply late. Besides this, for our simple use, we did not encounter much inconvenience.

Outstanding Customer service, QuickBook Time is simply Awesome
I am very much satisfied using QuickBook Time for my institution. It saves lots of time while sending solicitations to clients, simpler for me (the Proprietor) to see what my representatives are chipping away at and when, in addition to my workers love it since it's more straightforward for them as well.
Pros
The quality and accuracy along with seamless integration to QuickBooks Online is really helpful and any employer would like this for sure. Really good for job costing and helping employees track their time during work
Cons
Automation is highly essential especially when it comes to manually add finance planning each time another representative is added appears to be crazy - this ought to be more seemless as it synchronizes with QuickBooks.

QuickBooks Time
Overall experience is positive and we have no plans to leave Time or any of the QuickBooks products that we use.
Pros
We adopted it in April 2023 and there was a learning curve but once we got over the curve, it has worked well and is more efficient than GetHarvest which is what we were using. The ease of putting in time is a plus, it is pretty intuitive to use and the integration with QuickBooks Payroll is great.
Cons
Adopting the program is challenging as although it is a Quickbooks product, it is very clear that the customer service reps when you call Time don't know much at all about QuickBooks and the QuickBooks team doesn't know Time. One of our primary reasons for adopting Time was the ability to export the Time directly into QuickBooks for easier invoicing but it was and continues to be challenging to troubleshoot issues as they are not appropriately cross trained.

The most user friendly time tracking program for companies around.
My experience has been overall positive. It is a very reliable tool 95% of the time and when/if it misses a beat it always guides you to rectify whatever may have happened. The integration with QB online makes this program an 8 for me.
Pros
Quickbooks Time is a user friendly option for Timekeeping. Capable of handling large to small companies. Its's UI is intuitive. It's customization and modification options are plenty for whatever your companies needs are. Best part is that it seamlessly integrates with Quickbooks Online or Quickbooks Desktop.
Cons
Quickbooks Time is a bit glitchy at times. The Time Kiosk option is very hit or miss. Sometimes it logs out, then you will need a code to designate that computer or device as a Time Kiosk. The experience is time consuming. The communication between QB Time and QB online can be spotty at times causing some payroll mapping problems. However, In fairness QB Time will issue the user alerts and help rectify a lot of the problems you may face.

Quick book review
Because of its strong labor management and time tracking features, QuickBooks Time is generally well-liked. Its accurate time tracking features, easy interaction with various accounting and payroll systems like QuickBooks Online, and user-friendly interface are highly valued by users.
Pros
QuickBooks Time is frequently commended for having an intuitive interface that makes managing calendars, running reports, and keeping track of time for both employees and enterprises simple.
Cons
Even though QuickBooks Time is acknowledged for having an intuitive UI, novice users may still find the initial setup to be a little challenging, particularly when setting up custom rules, permissions, or connectors.

Great for Users AND Managers
Have zero complaints. My favorite feature is the ability to go back and enter time based on my Google Timeline activity, as data coverage can be spotty, thus making the clock-in and out feature glitchy. This is not the fault of the developer - it's a data issue.
Pros
The UI is so intuitive, and mistakes in time tracking can be fixed by the employee up until the entries are approved on payday.
Cons
It can get glitchy if you dip in and out of good data coverage areas, esp if you use the clock in and clock out feature

It makes doing payroll easier as we do not have to manually log our time.

Quickbooks review
Overall I have enjoyed using quickbooks makes my life easier at work. So many different options for everything in the software that I feel like I am always learning something new as I go.
Pros
I do like QuickBooks because it is very easy to maneuver around. If you are not familiar with it, I feel like it would be easy starting with no knowledge.
Cons
I would say, sometimes if I am trying to figure out how to do something I wish their was an online chat. I take a lot of calls so I do not have time to call quickbooks to have them walk me thru to do something. Wish there was a live agent chat that you can do.
