Users can manage reservations, add meals, view extra charges and save guest details. Room availability is shown when searching by room type or number, along with status codes to denote if a room is vacant, occupied, arriving, departing or allocated. It also allows hotel managers to control the access rights and send reservation confirmation email to guests. RezEasy Cloud PMS also includes an online reservation system, which updates the hotel's website and inventory with each new booking. An optional channel management module is also available. If a glitch occurs due to a change in the gateway, etc., Hallisoft Support is always there and their charges for required modification is always extremely reasonable and the result is perfection\!
