No other software on the market does it. The also have a very responsive development team that is helpful when there's issues. It's also helped streamline our operations from paper to electronic. Relatively flexible software to adapt to individual business needs. They are also priced really competitively and they've also grandfathered us as we've been with them a long time. Very easy and intuitive to use for the most part. It's made quoting customers so much easier than what we dealt with in the past. > > **Cons**: The app is a bit tedious to use. When you click open a work order, you have to wait til it loads a webpage. It's not super seamless for those who are using it on the phone. No real issues on the computer. Their servers will slow down and go down occasionally. > > Overall great software to use given that we use Sage50 Canada. It would be nice to have the option to open attachments that were attached in the Work Order phase when you are in the Invoice phase. 3. Have Purchase ordered and price books, inventory management. Sync to Quickbook. Also have feature for equipment that help tracking. > > **Cons**: Does not have much for sales tracking. Has some bugs but Software gets updated frequently, Price is going up but have legacy customer programs. Software has a lot of features which can be a lot to learn at first. Software only work online, so if you have no internet or cell coverage you won't be able to do anything. It has PM feature but is not very robust. > > Great overall, Software can be a bit hard to understand at first but the teams is helpful.
