A highly usable and reliable platform
We use Zapier to connect internal tools like SharePoint with outward-facing tools like Ticket Tailor.
Pros
Zapier makes automation elegant. Their editor works well and walks me, a non-coder, through the process. And Zapier Tables is a great addition.
Cons
Zapier tends to be more expensive than the competition, and it is pricy for us as a nonprofit.

Easy automations save so much time
I've been able to hook up data systems and apps that end up saving me time in the longrun. Without Zapier, I would have to spend multiple hours on Quickbooks, but now I only need a few minutes.
Pros
It's incredibly easy and quick to create automations and save myself time with Zapier. Whenever we have tools that can communicate with each other, I try to set it up through Zapier as opposed to another program simply to avoid coding. Troubleshooting is super easy as well where you can fix the automation you made and then re-run the issue.
Cons
The test data feature can be annoying. Zapier doesn't have an easy way to send a specific piece of data through an automation for testing, rather, you're required to import whatever the app provides which can sometimes be old data or unusable for what you're doing.
The task automation quotas can also become tight, as each individual task pulls from a monthly usage.

Zapier--The powerful and flexible automation tool
Overall, my experience with Zapier has been very positive. It has allowed me to automate repetitive tasks, freeing up time for more strategic activities. The “Zaps” are reliable, and Zapier provides clear documentation to troubleshoot errors or build more complex workflows. All in all, it's an excellent tool for anyone looking to automate tasks without needing custom development.
Pros
Zapier is a powerful and flexible automation tool that makes connecting different apps and tools easy without any coding needed. What I liked most is the user-friendly interface that makes creating “Zaps” (automated workflows) intuitive and quick. It offers a wide range of integrations with popular apps, enabling nearly any automation you can think of. For example, automatically sending data from Google Sheets to Slack saves a lot of time.
Cons
One downside to Zapier is the limitation of the free plan, which allows only a few automations before requiring a paid subscription. Additionally, some advanced automation can feel a bit pricey, especially for small businesses. A few advanced features may also require a bit of a learning curve.

Excellent tool to integrate applications without technical knowledge
I am a web designer and sometimes I need to integrate localized forms into my website, so that they can be integrated with other tools such as CRM, Google Sheets, etc.
For example, on one of my websites, it was easy for me to integrate a form created in Gravity Forms with the Odoo CRM.
Pros
What I like most about Zapier is the number of apps we can integrate without having any programming knowledge.
I've had very specific projects where I have to integrate two or more apps and when I look in Zapier, they already have a way to integrate them, this saves me from having to pay someone to do the integration for me.
Cons
I would say the prices are a bit high, also, the first time I used it, I had a hard time understanding how it works.

The Best In Automation Comes with a Cost
Overall, Zapier is the easiest way to automate your business processes. But the long-term cost may not be worth the simplicity if you have a lot of tasks to automate.
Pros
Zapier has the most integrations of any automation platform. And connecting to other tools to build your Zaps/automations is incredibly easy with Zapier.
Cons
The cost is the biggest downside of Zapier, especially since there are so many new competitors in the market. None of them match Zapier for its simplicity, but many of them are more cost-effective.

I manage to automate my work time.
Jumping from platform to platform to be able to carry out certain tasks such as importing and exporting data between them, performing automations with Zapier is vital for my day to day since in a simple panel and with the platforms correctly connected I can optimize my workflow. This tool saves time within my company on jobs that would take a long time to complete, with the simple fact of already programming a task that connects different actions from different platforms with just a few clicks a series of actions are already triggered, saving me a lot of time in the process. This platform is essential within my company because it has native integration with practically any platform that is currently used in the work world and in case a complete integration is not available, they can be created manually, although it will cost a little effort but it is worth it.
Pros
This tool makes it easier for me to optimize my workflow since I can connect multiple tools from different platforms in a very simple way since Zapier has a complete and native integration of a variety of platforms. It also has an advanced way of optimizing integrations since it has a developer mode in which through code I can be more specific with the tasks I want to automate, so the possibilities are endless since you can configure the actions to my liking.
I can create automations both by data entry as well as by a scheduled date and time that are executed at the time I want, with this I make sure that everything is done correctly, thus being able to have more control over what I want to automate.
I receive updates on the execution process or when a Zap has already been completed, and if something fails in the automation I am also notified. All of this can be customized, thus being able to choose which notifications I want Zapier to send me and how I want it to send me the notifications.
Cons
The integration is a bit complicated at first, because it requires going through the steep learning curve that Zapier has, since without the proper knowledge, a bad optimization can be created when creating the automatic tasks that involve doing a series of steps between different connected platforms.
I consider that the cost is a bit higher than normal, this leads to having to make a summary of the zaps to be created in order not to overload the system and waste unnecessary money for each task created.
Some integrations with certain platforms lack functionalities unlike directly connecting the other platforms to each other. This leads to frustration because I use Zapier to create an optimization which sometimes requires me to take extra steps when I do not have a certain functionality that is not directly integrated into Zapier.

Review for Zapier - Automation software
My experience with Zapier has been mostly positive. It has significantly streamlined our workflows by automating tasks and integrating seamlessly with our essential applications. The ability to create custom workflows tailored to our needs has been particularly valuable. While the pricing can be a concern as our needs grow, Zapier's reliability and flexibility make it an indispensable tool for improving efficiency and productivity.
Pros
What I liked most about Zapier was its seamless ability to automate tasks and integrate with a wide range of applications. This streamlined our workflows, saving us significant time and effort. The reliability of Zapier's automation ensured our workflows ran smoothly, and its extensive integrations allowed us to create comprehensive solutions tailored to our business needs. Overall, Zapier greatly improved our workflow efficiency and productivity.
Cons
What I liked least about Zapier was its pricing structure, which can become expensive as the number of tasks and integrations increase. While the basic plan is affordable, scaling up can incur additional costs. Occasionally, setting up more complex workflows required more effort and time due to the need to troubleshoot and adjust configurations.

Help your data end up where it needs to go
I was able to observe someone's Zap, which gave a pretty decent picture of how things are setup. I setup a new one from scratch for a new software integration, and after some experimentation was able to get it working well. This experience was enough that later on I was able to further improve both the new zap and my existing zaps to save time and manage our workflow more efficiently.
Pros
Zapier is free for a certain volume of tasks each month, after which you can pay to increase capacity. The free amount is still substantial enough for a lot of basic data importing/exporting from different sources. If you are using it to bring things into a single database from various programs/sources, you can configure conditions and have the data reformatted to fit what it needs to look like.
Cons
It can take some getting used to, the basic setup may be daunting at first. Once you figure it out things are great, but it may take some searching or experimentation to find the data you're looking for or get the correct process going.

Overall, Zapier's been a game-changer! My workflow feels smoother and i just know certain tasks are being handled
Pros
It automates those annoying, time-consuming and repetitive tasks that used to slow me down, freeing me up to focus on my design work.
Cons
There's a bit of a learning curve to set up the automations (Zaps), but there are tons of tutorials, and honestly, it's worth the effort for the time I save now.

Zapier is pretty good
overall it's pretty good and I continue to pay about $100/mo for the service.
Pros
Zapier is a great idea. I love that you can sync any app. It's also the most popuplar platform of it's kind so it has the most number of apps integrated into it's ecosystem.
Cons
Zaps always break or appear to be broken. For example, I have an zap that's been running for months and I get a daily notification of a possible error. When I log in, it appears to be working fine. It takes hours to try to figure out what the issue is. I haven't used other platforms that do the same thing so can't say if that's a problem related to zapier or if it's just an issue with this type of platform.

Zapier is a huge part of my business. To be honest, I wouldn’t know what to do without it. I love zapier and will continue to use it for years to come.
Pros
-Connects with lots of different softwares and allows me to seamlessly bring data between different platforms
-Can send me an email when the zap is complete
-Let’s me know if there is an error in the process

Become an automation superhero
Pros
The absolute ease of automation and integration with no coding experience required. Zapier makes me look like an automation genius
Cons
Not exactly a "con" but my advice would be to monitor zap usage.
You do not want to subscribe to a plan with too many or too few zaps.
Although unrun zaps can be processed afterwards so no data is lost!

A Great Integration Tool
Overall, I've like Zapier much more than custom in house solutions. Buy the tool that already does it instead of building it out again!
Pros
Zapier is great for integrating multiple products together and get information in all of the places you need it.
Cons
You have to stay on top of Zap errors and make sure everything is going through correctly. It's not a huge con but something to be aware of!
