And I confess that the tool is excellent, light, fast, intuitive, easy to segment, easy to tag, great email templates, forms, easy and quick to use.But to make things even better, something I've never seen before was the support provided by Ian, the program's author. He didn't seem to be just a support person, he acted as if he were a partner, extremely concerned and attentive so that the program would work perfectly.
