> **Pros**: With so many other systems I have to learn and administer as a property manager, Gate Key is unbelievably easy for both me, our guards, and the residents to use.  That means no calls to me and I love that part.  I can send credentials and send blasts out to everyone in the system with a click.  I never hear of it being down and there are no "bugs" in the system.  I can use it on the terminal server at work, the Ipad on the road, and my mac at home.  All software should be this easy to use.

> **Cons**: There are some features that others have that Gate Key does not, but the other one crash, but I prefer 100% uptime to the latest shiny object.

> We rolled it out in 3 communities to manage the guests for residents and the guards use it to let guests into the communities.
