I spoke to three different employees while trying to work out a solution and each time I called they told me a different story. I do not recommend anyone uses this company. We like that we can customize fees for every event: con is that we can not setup a generic fee or payout for the organization. > > **Cons**: Some of the reporting can be cumbersome and doesn't always meet my needs. However, whenever I have needed custom reports I have reached out to customer support and they are super responsive always willing to create a custom report. > > We are really happy with it.
