They told us they would now be paying us after our event takes places which means we had to cancel it as the venue requires payment up front. > > Their customer service kept stating contact instead of helping out their client. I spoke to three different employees while trying to work out a solution and each time I called they told me a different story. I do not recommend anyone uses this company. When planning events, the proceeds are usually how the event is paid for, and if the funds are not released until the event is over you aren't able to use them in the planning process. > > My overall experience with TicketLeap is good. I had an incident where someone purchased a ticket, and attended the event but still requested a refund, and the fund was giving back to this customer and taken right my funds of another event.
