> ToolsGroup SO99+ is a supply chain planning solution for demand planning, inventory optimization and replenishment planning. Demand planning provides for automatic, self-adaptive forecast and modeling of demand and demand variability.


From the understanding of demand/demand variability, inventory optimization (IO) plans the precise inventory needed while providing opportunities for overall inventory reduction. The automated replenishment engine monitors and controls the replenishment of optimal inventory at each distribution point. > **Pros**: The SO99 has nice understanding user forms. User training is very easy and help covers a lot of topics. Basic reports and easy to create and they run relatively fast.

> **Cons**: Our version is old, v 840 on premise. Upgrade is complex and hard, due to lot customization implemented by our consultants in order to adjust data in SO99 convenient format. Therefore upgrade are slow, and we wait long for new functionalities.
> 
> We are satisfied overall, while we have pretty good forecast accuracy, with orders from the SO99 exported every day, on time. Also, SO99 supports out demand to recalculate forecast and replanishment daily.
