Squarespace is a great no-code builder.
I still like it. It's much better than Wix when it comes down to user experience.
Pros
Squarespace is a very simple builder to use. It gets the job done without having to touch any code.
Cons
It can be a bit wonky at times and if you don't know code you can't build a wildly custom website.

Squarespace - user friendly and beautiful.
I have used Stripe for over 10 years and have appreciated it's flexibility and beauty for all my businesses.
Pros
I like the functionality, the attractiveness, the ease of use, the flexibility, and the integration between multiple platforms.
Cons
Sometimes the individuality of each website is lacking as you are tied to certain themes or designs.
Reasons for Choosing Squarespace
Wix was incredibly limited and juvenile, the switch was much preferred because of the glow-up we were able to experience.Switched From

Squarespace is great for first time website builders.
I have had a lot of success building and updating websites with squarespace and managing payment through it but have looked into alternatives with better price points and flexibility.

User friendliness is next to none when it comes to managing a website for a small business.
Cons
The cost of squarespace is high for a a single or two person business operation.

The easiest place on the web to build a BEAUTIFUL website!
Overall my experience with Squarespace has been very positive and I will continue to use the platform for both myself and my clients.
Pros
I like how easy it is to use and customize, there just isn't as big of a learning curve with it as with other website-building platforms.
Cons
What I like least is that the pricing can get really out of hand since you have to keep adding to your subscription.

Squarespace Is The Website Space Your Didn't Know You Needed
There's a reason that you hear squarespace advertised everywhere, because everyone uses them. From a small company website, a blog, tie in site for a product, podcast or personal site, there's something for everyone here. Besides that, it never seems like a chore. Only you can hinder your squarespace experience. Ask and you shall receive. Try and you shall thrive. Why that isn't their motto is strange, as that exactly that using them is like
Pros
Design simplicity mixed with customer service that's exactly how you want it to be when it comes to a start up website company
Cons
Options can feel overwhelming when starting out, even though that's partially by design and becomes easier over time once you understand how all the projects work together.

Such an easy way to create and manage everything web-related
I love Squarespace, and have used the site for my website, scheduling, domains, email marketing, e-commerce, Google Workplace subscription and booking/scheduling for years. It is SO easy to build a good website with Squarespace. I didn't need to pay someone to do this for me, and have been able to easily create a website I love. But, for me, it's the additional offerings that Squarespace offers that adds the most value. Their booking/scheduling system is great, and I use this to have clients book their meetings. It works seamlessly with my website. The email marketing is also brilliant, and easily sucks website content through to create email campaigns. And it's also great to be able to manage my Google subscription through Squarespace, too.
Pros
It makes websites, domains, email marketing, e-commerce, booking & scheduling... SO EASY!
Cons
Price is on the higher side compared with other options.

Very easy for basic websites
I really like using Squarespace for our small charity. We have a relatively simple website and it is really easy to edit and add to our website as needed. I don't need to use any code or special plugins to build the website which is great.
Pros
It is easy to set up a basic website and use the drag and drop editor. It's very straightforward to pick up from the start and you don't have to be a web developer to use it.
Cons

Good for simple website and email needs
I like Squarespace and use it for managing my blog and email automations and website but there are times I can't figure out how to make certain changes or it doesn't have the functionality of other tools like MailChimp.
Pros
I like that I can build and make changes myself with many tools for website and email development
Cons
Because it is a build your own tool, it can be challenging to figure out how to do all the things you want to do and it doesn't have all the functionality of MailChimp

Aesthetically pleasing design quality
Squarespace stands out for its aesthetic and design quality, making it an excellent choice for those prioritizing visuals, though it may require a bit more time to learn than other platforms like Wix or Weebly.
Pros
It offers beautiful, professionally designed templates that are highly customizable, making it easy to create visually appealing websites.
Cons
The editing interface is less intuitive compared to competitors like Wix, which can make it a bit challenging for beginners.

Ease of use wins the day
Easy! I can get ahold of their help desk, there’s a ton of online articles for support and almost everything I’ve been able to figure out on my own.
Pros
The ease of use can’t be beat! I’ve been able to get 2 different websites up and running in a day. If you have most of your brand assets and guidelines ready, you can put up a site quickly and have something that functions even if you don’t have a tech background.
Cons
The eCommerce features are fine, but could use some updates and some fleshing out. But it’s still a great place to start.

Great for any capability
Easy to use, they have great customer service, as someone who had not built a website before it was simplified and looked professional.
Pros
I loved the versatility of use and ability to change the overall image of my website. That I could implement many pages into it, from blog posts, to a page of recommended items with links to purchase. Open up a store to sell items.
There was an abundance of templates and the ease of access for others to access the website with strict permissions to make adjustments.
Cons
Not all of the templates were exactly what I needed.
When I tried to add images from my own computer they wouldn't always line up accordingly and were stuck in a very segmented grid.

Initial thoughts of Squarespace
Pros
I really liked how easy it was to use and how many products you could integrate into the website.
Cons
I didn't like how it was a little more complicated it was to set up. To be fair I didn't watch the video's but it did take me a minute to learn how to set everything up. But, way easier to set up than coding it myself.
Reasons for Choosing Squarespace

It's the quick and easy way to starting your business's internet life
Overall it was a very smooth experience building a couple of websites and launching them. Their customer support team was responsive and helpful.
Pros
The interface is sleek and user-friendly. I didn't find any struggle getting from starting to building to editing. It was a smooth sails. Some buttons are named a little different than what I'm used to, but was never a problem.
Cons
Sometimes, it gives a feeling of being in a straight jacket. If I use a template, then certain things are not editable. I like to have the functionality of starting from scratch but that's not the value proposition of squarespace.

A Trustworthy Website
Good intro to websites. Not fully capable in the multi-currency arena.
Pros
I like the easy of use of SquareSpace, and the thoughtfulness of their integrations. Having the eCommerce engine and a calendar integrated has made things very easy for me.
Cons
The thing I like least about SquareSpace is how locked down the templates are when it comes to currency. It has been very difficult for me to provide a clear currency experience as I have people who buy internationally and there is no where to add the currency to an invoice.

Solid Site Builder
Squarespace is overall a very fast, smooth and easy to use platform - perfect for companies or brands looking to develop a professional presence without needing coding or development.
Pros
Squarespace is an excellent no-code site builder. It has an easy to use visual editor making it flexible to create aesthetically layouts without constraint. It's quick and easy to start a site with a range of starting templates but can easily be adapted and expanded as your brand grows.
Cons
The settings list can be somewhat overwhelming when editing branding of theme settings due to the amount of options and how it's laid out. Greater visual heirarchy could help improve users navigation.

Read this before you sign up
Pros
We have been on Squarespace since 2010, that should tell you how long we have known them.
Initially it was a tightly knit community with customer care, even though we are in Australia, they usually got back to us on email ok.
When they got bigger, the service and quality was gradually downgraded. They would make changes to their framework without much customer support which meant parts of your website didnt work.
Their SEO has also always been on the lower end based on rankings we have been getting.
For the past 2 weeks, they have taken our website down, after nearly 14 years of being their customer. They wont tell us why and they wont tell us how to fix it. I have lodged ticket after ticket. They just dont respond period.
Dont waste your money, their focus is to get as many people signed up as possible rather than caring what happens afterwards. They are just a marketing funnel and they will happily leave you when you need any kind of help
Cons
Customer Support and customer care which simply does not exist at all in this company. I dont understand how hard it is for them to reply to simple emails

Too slow, too expensive
I really wanted to like it but at the end of the day the price/service ration is the most important factor and there are many other options on the market that provide more value.
Pros
The design looks good, many different templates to choose from, easy to deploy
Cons
Pricing is too high comparing to competitors
Customer service is really slow
Each part of the website has an additional price. Email name, gmail integration, domain, no bundles to combine all of this.
website loads very slow which has a bad outlook for the customers
