They offer a lot of videos and trainings but that requires time, of which is short for myself. > > The build on my web site took a while, as I was passed from rep to rep and not all of the information that the previous rep had put in place existed, so had to reinvent the wheel. The software is definitely not intuitive--you do have to read or listen to instructions in order to accomplish things within the site. Finding answers to "how to" questions is also not intuitive or easy...unless you work on it every day or have someone that just works the web site, it is difficult.
