They offer a lot of videos and trainings but that requires time, of which is short for myself. > > The build on my web site took a while, as I was passed from rep to rep and not all of the information that the previous rep had put in place existed, so had to reinvent the wheel. The software is definitely not intuitive--you do have to read or listen to instructions in order to accomplish things within the site. Finding answers to "how to" questions is also not intuitive or easy...unless you work on it every day or have someone that just works the web site, it is difficult. The site doesn't easily account for comp memberships (comped meeting registrants get a confirmation that they've paid $X for a meeting, when they haven't. Their help desk can only be contacted electronically; they used to accept phone calls, but no longer do. They've continued to raise the annual fee, and it seems a bit excessive now. > > My overall experience is good.
