10/10 I would recommend Ref Now to any recruiter.
Pros
I like the use of Ref Now. You can create the request and simultaneously ask the candidate to input their referee details and Ref Now does all the work. You then get notified when the reference has been returned and this is easy to save.
Cons
Cost - I prefer using the free version of Ref Now for the ease of function.
