The support initially was useful. It allowed class swaps which at the time my existing software didn’t. > > **Cons**: I swapped to different software after a few years as I got complaints on a weekly basis about gymcatch. I spent time with the team at gymcatch going through my account to see if there was a way to simplify, or if I’d made a mistake setting things up, but Gymcatch said I had everything set up the way it should be. It caused me constant weekly problems and was a time suck, and I realised I was losing new trade; new customers gave up trying to book with Gymcatch. In general, my customers disliked Gymcatch and moving software has been a great decision for the business. Within 3 months of leaving Gymcatch and moving to TeamUp, all the spaces in my classes are now filled, so taking the risk of a more expensive software has paid for itself several times over already. Unless you have a very small and simple business, I would suggest steering clear of Gymcatch. I think trying to save money with cheap software cost me money in the long term. > > This software did not suit my business.
