We picked CoreAchieve because they have a product that I could learn to use with support from the CoreAchieve staff and their resources without extensive experience or training with other products. I worked with the same person from the very beginning through the entire set up process. When looking at other learning management systems, I often met with sales people who didn't really know the features or how their LMS worked. From our very first meeting, \[sensitive content hidden\]was able to show me all the features, and most important, how to use those features to meet the needs of our organization. She was also aware of our budget limitations. She was available for questions as needed. If there was anything she could not answer, she connected me to the people who could and they followed-up quickly.
