We are very busy and many calls go to voicemail. This allows our customers to directly connect with us without having to remember another phone number. Most of our customers are on the go and love to get texts rather than read an email. I tend to send the same text over and and over and being able to make templates really cuts down on time. The companion phone app works seamlessly. When a customer purchases new equipment, I can easily schedule a text to go out in the near future to check on them. > > **Cons**: The only thing I would like to see is the ability to keep a conversation open even if I have responded.
