They're great across the board. Editing tools and aerial imaging are high quality. They're constantly pushing quality of life updates and introducing new features. The customer service is top notch. Maps I submit to them for measurements are returned very fast and accurate, usually the next day. They are cost effective compared to the competition. > > **Cons**: There's a few minor bugs that need ironed out. It's due to them rolling out so many new features regularly. It's inevitable when sending new features live, and they wrap back around and clean things up. Examples of bugs for your understanding: One of their export options has layering issues that is really only a problem in niche circumstances. Their other export option is perfect, so it's not a big deal. If you add an image to a project, sometimes it won't be there when you reload it and will have to add it again. There's a couple other minor things like this. They'll fix it all in time. > > I'm a landscape maintenance and construction estimator. I use Property Intel to map and measure all of my projects, whether from aerials or blueprints. I even use it as design software when our designer is overloaded. It has made my job much easier and streamlined compared to other options. I celebrate with each of their updates and improvements because I spend 40 hours of my life every week using this software.
