Users can also include text and number fields, radio buttons and radio boxes in their forms.


Additionally, EffortlessIntake encrypts communications with clients via 256-bit SSL encryption technology and also supports integration with third-party application such as Clio, Practice Panther and Rocket Matter.


Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. Support to users is made available via phone and email.

> **Pros**: I've been using effortlesslegal apps for almost a year now to manage certain aspects of my law firm. I find myself slowly trusting the apps with more of my practice's UTBMS and ledes coding, client invoicing, and other tasks. I've even tried the crowdfunding module available but haven't configured it fully to get results or provide feedback yet.

> **Cons**: The least I would say is the crowdfunding app. I think this may be attributed to my lack of skills in crowdfunding period, but maybe the app assumes a higher skill set?

> Simplicity. Even though it's detailed, it's done in a simple way. The power comes in the variety across the board. But within each module/app, they are ALL so easy and simple to use, plus can integrate instantly with my Clio, and other platforms like rocket matter.
