Customer service and tech support very difficult to get a hold of, and can rarely help when you do. > > I've been using OnShift Time for over three years. I recently hired a new administrator at one of my buildings and have been unable to add her as an admin in my system. After two weeks of calling, emailing, having one of my support tickets closed because "I hadn't been a customer since 2024", I finally got on the phone with someone who kept telling me that I didn't have any authority to do anything on the account because I wasn't listed as an administrator. I'm the owner of the company, I signed the contract with the OnShift, I've always had full control over my account, and I was staring at my own account with my name listed as the administrator as the tech support person told me over and over again that I would need to be listed as an admin to do anything. Absolutely unreal. It is also a great communication tool for staff. > > **Cons**: As with any program, what it lacks or struggles with is do to user error or a missed step of an authorized user. Most issues will be generated by the users themselves and NOT the actual software or program. > > We implemented this software slowly and it has become a great tool. I would like to see it connected to our time clocks so that we can better track our hours and punches without having to take extra steps.
