Greedy Corporation
Services are functional but if you have any issues with billing, it will be the customer's fault, ALWAYS
Pros
Their billing methods are intentionally misleading. They will not refund you even if the error is on their end, and you are required to pay for the error until your next annual billing cycle. If you forget to remove a license before your annual due date, they charge you for the entire year. Customer service is like talking to a robot, no matter what the situation the CUSTOMER is wrong. Getting blood out of a turnup would be easier than getting a refund from this company.
Cons
Predatory billing, intentionally misleading, terrible customer service.

Multifaceted
PandaDoc helped me keep clients informed and documents signed in no time.
I was able to drop other services and save money.
Pros
PandaDoc can be used for e-signature, forms, contacts, notarization, payments and quotes just to name a few. Document templates are the fastest option however the smart editor is also available.
Plans include free, starter, business, and enterprise. When billed annually a discount may be applied to some plans.
There are many possible integrations including essential services and those I only use on occasion. PandaDoc is import-friendly (accepts multiple file types) and works on almost any device.
PandaDoc will notify me when clients have viewed or signed a document and I can even see how long they looked at each page. Sometimes I get a client (buying or selling) who wants the process to be completed very quickly. In those cases, PandaDocs features are helpful. I like that I can set documents up so that clients can check optional lines (or not). I am thankful for the reminder and teamwork capability. I can also select a box to assign to a coworker.
Customer service options include a learning center and chatting with a representative through email or instant messaging.
PandaDoc is secure and legally binding just like a paper document. Contracts are automatically stored once signed.
Cons
I can only call customer service with a subscription to premium support. If this resulted in lower prices I would put it in the pro column, but PandaDoc costs about the same or more.

PandaDoc Proposed — And I said YES!
Overall a good software — Once the user is fully acclimated to the program, it eventually saves the user from manual work time from all of PandaDoc’s automated integrations. It’s easy fused with our company’s CRM to directly transfer all the necessary data needed to be implicated within my all proposals.
Pros
Makes my workflow seamless.
The software generates all the necessary proposals I need in half the time it used to take with other softwares — Making sales close all the more faster.

Our teams love it. It's really well designed to help us get the right documents built from clear and easy to maintain templates. Smart content is so powerful and they've helped us no end get up and running. Really impressed.
Pros
Robust and well thought through product. Really understood the needs of companies and are well equipped to delight them.

PandaDoc is an essential tool for improving our document management procedures and fostering...
PandaDoc's analytics and reporting capabilities have been quite helpful in helping us understand our document processes. Our understanding of customer behavior and preferences is enhanced by the ability to track document views, engagement, and completion rates. This helps us to develop customer contact and document strategies.
Pros
I loved PandaDoc's comprehensive and user-friendly interface the most as the Director of ICT Operations since it greatly expedites the workflow and document management operations. For handling contracts, proposals, and other business papers, PandaDoc offers an easy-to-use interface that smoothly interacts with a variety of CRM systems. This makes the platform highly effective. Because this integration feature makes sure that all of our business and sales processes are in sync, managing documents manually requires less work overall, increasing team productivity.
Cons
The mobile experience for PandaDoc may also need some work. Although mobile devices can access the platform, the desktop version's user experience is more responsive and intuitive than that of the mobile version. For team members who must evaluate or approve documents while on the fly, this might be a hassle.

PandaDoc is Superior
Pros
I love PandaDoc. I have used DocuSign and SignNow for similar jobs in the past- and PandaDoc is the easiest, most intuitive, and most cost-effective solution for digital signing. I use it to send job offers, HR documents, and to execute contracts with clients. I will always rave about PandaDoc! The best part? Clients find it easy to navigate- I get far fewer complaints using PandaDoc than I received with DocuSign or SignNow.

PandaDoc is a visually appealing and powerful tool enabling sales teams
PandaDoc was a fantastic addition to our tech stack after a pretty poor experience with Docusign. It is a must have tool for dynamic sales teams that want to make their contracts far more powerful and visually appealing to customers.
Pros
PandaDoc enables you to create visually appealing beautiful contracts that make a huge difference when it comes to signing. Previously, we used Docusign and the contracts were incredibly boring and now compelling. With Panda, we have beautiful images that enhance the experience and increase the close rate. The integration with Hubspot is fantastic and the workflow automation is powerful. The ability to create templates has saved countless hours and can easily be adapted without needing prior training.
Cons
The challenge with PandaDocs is the limitations not having a native integration with Hubspot. Ideally, you want to have a contract tool built by the CRM but in this case, it relies on an API which does have certain limitations.

Fantastic solution for digitizing your signed documents
We've been using Pandadoc for about two years, and it's been a fantastic tool for managing our e-sign docs on the cloud. We usually get about a few dozen docs signed every month and it was priced a lot better for that scale. It's also pretty easy to set up and maintain, and rarely causes issues where we have to intervene manually. All in all, I strongly recommend Pandadoc, especially if you're still on paper docs.
Pros
I like how easy it is to get it up and running. We used the document scanning a lot in the beginning to move our standard agreements to the system, and that saved us tons of time from having to draw everything up from scratch. But the template library is also a great addition to save time when you have to create a doc on the system.
Cons
I'd love to have the personalization tokens improved, like having the ability to automatically enter names and titles etc., based on the information of each contact.
Reasons for Switching to PandaDoc
Pandadoc looked a lot more professional compared to some of the alternatives we evaluated, but it was still priced low enough where we didn't have to go over budget to get all the additional advanced features.Response from PandaDoc

Pandadoc is a flexible signing tool
We used it as a way to present our proposals. It was synced with HubSpot and for 95% of the time it worked very well.
Pros
It is a very flexible product, not unlike Word, it is very easy to adjust and you can add people for signatures. It is quite easy to learn too.
Cons
Legal documents with their various clauses and punctuation are not easy to bring into Pandadoc as the formatting gets lost during the cutover if you are bring Word docs into Pandadoc. I had to change them to PDFs before bringing in, otherwise I would lose the punctuation.

Wipes the floor with DocuSign
I use it to send and manage model release forms with my clients. I rely on the multitude of customer fields and flexibility of the platform.
Pros
Easy to adopt and start using. The interface is simple and intuitive. Updates and enhancement are always being implemented. Being able to convert a pdf or word doc to a PandaDoc template is really slick.
Easy to add placeholders and template creation speeds up the document creation process. Being able to handle a variety of document types from contracts, proposals and invoices makes it a one stop solution.
Cons
There's no way to edit a document if it's not in a PandaDoc template format. This requires a paid subscription and is challenging for sole proprietorships.

Effective support for document management and enhancing transparency in correspondence
Managing documents has become easier with PandaDoc, editing, formatting, adding digital signatures and documentation are done from the same page. It has contributed to increasing transparency in all our dealings.
Pros
PandaDoc is designed in a way that allows us to deal with all digital documents seamlessly. I liked the simplicity of designing the different forms and the automatic insertion of the names of companies or individuals to whom the form is intended to be sent independently so that we can send it to all of them at the same time. It is great that everything is done on the same page, and you can also request approval or review from the officials directly and document their responses before completing the work. It is great that we get immediate notifications of receipt of the document from the other party. PandaDoc helps us send quotes and other requests officially to provide confidence and documentation for all procedures. I liked the ease of requesting the addition of a digital signature as it is done securely and easily and without the need for the other party to have an account on PandaDoc.

Pros

Great for Business
Overall, we really enjoy using PandaDocs. Their support team is fantastic. They've helped us come up with solutions and workarounds for my teams specific issues.
Pros
PandaDoc simplifies the process of creating documents quickly and efficiently. In just a few minutes, my sales reps can build a pricing table, draft a business case, add testimonials, and include signature blocks. Once the document is ready, it's essential for our workflow to include the PandaDoc approval process, ensuring that sales reps get managers approval before each quote is sent out.
Cons
We no longer use the templates. Instead, we customize each contract for our clients directly in Google Docs. As a result, the template feature isn't useful for us. Once a document is in PandaDoc, it can't be edited, and if we spot errors like incorrect dates or names, we have to delete the document and start from scratch.

PandaDoc, easy to use and some progress to make
building offer using previous ones or using blank sheets
Pros
easy to add sheets from templates / libraries
Cons
1- not so fun to copy a page from another offer... you have to open the previous one, copy as a template, open the new one, import the page... Can we not open two documents at the same time to allow copies ?
2-the tables are not so easy to modify: some troubles using the format "EURxxx" or sometimes it is "€xxx"
3-import an image must go through a file, not allowed directly using a screenshot

Panda Doc Review - Consulting
good, I still use them, but do wish they had more of a priority on my needs and questions
Pros
it's affordable and somewhat easy to figure out yet does require some time with it.
Cons
The customer service is not excellent they are all overseas and I had to beg them to setup a call with me to help me figure out some of their more technical features
