Anytime I have any issues or need help the customer service reps do great walk through's. > > **Cons**: With payment processing if clients use a bank accounts it automatically says it's been accepted and to "check terminal / bank account". I never did this in the past and then noticed most of the bank account's were denied and the money was removed without any notifications to us. I wish JR had something (similar to their card processing) that would let us know when a payment is denied. > > Love JR, have been using it for years. Wouldn't switch unless there was a ver concerning issue. I wish we didn’t have to pay for inactive students. I know we can send them to lead but then when the come back I have to remember and pull from lead file and merge accounts. I do wish there was a way to opt out of certain ones like camps and appointments.
