It takes way longer, as there is not even a way to see if your party is a plaintiff or defendant, and no way to access the information we need without going through dozens of stupid, redundant screens. We all absolutly HATE it, and the office personell, when asked, don't have a clue except that they know how to input info. It is extremenly user unfreindly and there is so much room for error in research. The Michigan Court rules require that public access be provided to cases filed. Since this system has been in place no information is attainable. ----- ### "Worst system I've ever used" — 1.0/5 > **sara** | *31 January 2023* | Legal Services | Recommendation rating: 0.0/10 > > **Pros**: There's very little to like when nothing ever works correctly > > **Cons**: Constant glitches, getting kicked out for no reason in the middle of random activities, no ability to batch processes like entering warrants on several cases, no ability to batch documents such as scanning to several cases, long pauses between loading pages makes everything time consuming. You have to go through several different screens to get the information most often requested like balance owed, court dates, documents, case number or citation number. Oh, and the balance owed is never actually accurate. You have to go to History or Payments to find a list of balances > > Everyone in our office hates this system. The IT never has an answer or tells us "you're just too fast" and we're not even sending help desks anymore because it's pointless.
