And if ever you need tech support you must fight your way through 3 level-one novices who barely comprehend American English before you finally get someone who knows what they're doing. Also, their business practices are generally shady and they honestly shouldn't be trusted. Oh, plus they raised their already expensive fee as if they were worth it - they're not. Used this for event registrations for years, and the yearly fee vs paying per transaction made this an affordable solution for us. > > **Cons**: Occasionally the modules were tricky to move around when I was working with literally dozens of them. Would have enjoyed the ability to have a button to automatically add a segment of fields and re-add that same segment over and over rather than including them all at once (for example, in a group registration form, having a button that added an additional field for each new group member, rather than a permanently visible set of fields that might not all be needed for a smaller group size).
