Gradelink is user friendly, logical, and easy to use. Parents can see student achievement whenever they want, and report cards are easy to create. As an admin, adding new staff and/or students is quick and easy. Most questions can be answered via their help desk, but if you phone and leave a message, you get a response usually same day, next business day at the latest. > > **Cons**: Gradelink is great for communicating with staff, students, and parents, but it isn't always easy/practical to add people outside of those categories who still need the communication. For example, we send our school newsletter via Gradelink.
