User friendly rostering
Findmyshift is a great platform to work with, really quick loading times and lots of display options make it very user friendly.
Pros
Very user friendly, lots of options regarding how to lay out a roster (colours, areas, etc), good notification settings. Options for available shifts and staff ability to enter notes/leave/comments on different days.
Cons
N/A, it is the best rostering system I have used.

Poor review of Findmyshift
Very poor in operability, being user-friendly, and extracting data. The mobile app is very unhelpful.

The system does not suit the busy shift working roster such as ED. There is no visibility of staff numbers, modification of requests is very hard, and generating a roster on this is almost impossible. We just use it as a demo for our roster that is made by Excel.

generally good , improvements could be made for when making changes to individual staff rotas

Great shif-planning software for Gastro with considerable ease-of-use
Versatile, easy to use, mostly intuitive. We have good associations with FMS and will continue to use it. customer support is excellent, and the reaction time via whatsapp unbeatable. Pls continue with that

..having said that, there are some things that drive me crazy, because i dont understand them: we almost only use the "facility" view for managing our book. Unfortunately, when we (or anyone) switches over to the "staff view", the book is mostly a complete mess. it must be that different people request different things (they request the "comment" with the location, instead of the shift time), or when we manually input someone, we input their shift as a comment, so it doesnt translate correctly from the VIEW (!) in facility view to what you would expect to show up in the staff view. Therefore, we've given up to use the staff view, and tell our staff to not use it in order to not get confused. I dont know if there's an easy solution to this, so that we could use both again, but we clearly havent found it.

I sometimes wonder if other softwares were integrating other aspects more (e.g. vault for keeping employee documents, digital work contracts etc.) - but not sure we actually need this. Ideal product for managing a schedule for a small business
Works well and all the employees find it easy to use

I like the interface, it's ideal for what we need.
Cons
We would like activity logs and to be able to schedule further into the future, but it's very expensive for a small team.

pleased with the product
We enjoy using the system and it has helped us bring down our management overhead as a result. making it easy for team to view, accept and log their hours has made a big difference.
Pros
its easy to use and give multiple layers of management oversight, from viewer to admin. Giving staffing team the flexibility to monitor their teams, and senior or management/ team leaders the ability to amend aspects and send requests. Budgeting and reporting tools are also very useful for planning and analysing using team data.
Cons
the baby blue message windows with pale text do need a little amending, very hard to read.

Highly recommend - straightforward software, full schedules available at a glance
As a manager, Findmyshift has simplified rota compilatation, wages calculations and has provided staff with a very easy to use tool to view their schedules weeks in advance

Great, simple, intuitive product.
Very user friendly for the staff who use the app. Transition from a paperbased system to an electronic system was very easy. The reports function is useful and being able to export everything to a CSV is very useful for management.
Pros
Being able to import data such as staff details. Customisation of staff fields. Flexible and customisable security options.
Cons
Holiday hours not included in weekly/daily totals. Overlap of time off with shifts can cause problems. Needs a custom rate for Holiday hours rather than picking up the rate from the Rate Exceptions list.

Rota scheduling & timesheeting is essential to our business the tool is generally easy to use, but has some odd functionality issues that could be improved.
Cons
there is no integration technically to, for example, our payroll. this is therefore a manually intensive process - better calculations for holiday and sick pay rates would be a godsend for the hospitality industry who pay hourly rates and therefore holiday and sick pay has to be manually calculated every month - tedious

Staff find it easy to use
Very happy to recommend - it helps for all staff to see who else is working or away.
Pros
Staff rosters changing often in hospo, so its good to see who is working etc.
Cons
Limited number of logins to be able to change rosters remotely or from the phone.
