Poor review of Findmyshift
Very poor in operability, being user-friendly, and extracting data. The mobile app is very unhelpful.

The system does not suit the busy shift working roster such as ED. There is no visibility of staff numbers, modification of requests is very hard, and generating a roster on this is almost impossible. We just use it as a demo for our roster that is made by Excel.

Great shif-planning software for Gastro with considerable ease-of-use
Versatile, easy to use, mostly intuitive. We have good associations with FMS and will continue to use it. customer support is excellent, and the reaction time via whatsapp unbeatable. Pls continue with that

..having said that, there are some things that drive me crazy, because i dont understand them: we almost only use the "facility" view for managing our book. Unfortunately, when we (or anyone) switches over to the "staff view", the book is mostly a complete mess. it must be that different people request different things (they request the "comment" with the location, instead of the shift time), or when we manually input someone, we input their shift as a comment, so it doesnt translate correctly from the VIEW (!) in facility view to what you would expect to show up in the staff view. Therefore, we've given up to use the staff view, and tell our staff to not use it in order to not get confused. I dont know if there's an easy solution to this, so that we could use both again, but we clearly havent found it.

The easy scheduling and for stores across different provinces. The easy management of hours as per SA law. The overall costing of staff. The easy creating of outlets and staff. LOVE this app!
Cons
The rules (exceptions) that you need to write per employee and the fact that is does not incorporate holidays for other countries. The struggle to draw reports per different level

Ideal product for managing a schedule for a small business
Works well and all the employees find it easy to use

I like the interface, it's ideal for what we need.
Cons
We would like activity logs and to be able to schedule further into the future, but it's very expensive for a small team.

Been a positive move from paper to digital. The team appreciate it far more

Staff find it more straight forward to use, it has reminders on and no one misses there shifts. No one writes over and or can amend without permission and its cleaner and tidier

it is a bit of a learning curve, but once you dig through through the options and configure it to meet your requirements it feels great.

Pros
more efficient the excel spreadsheets, plus has excel functionality. Shift reminders are very helpful and useful. Staff management and schedueling.
Cons
unable to add phone numbers or other details when adding staff members. Limited number of staff that can be added. Printing sizes cannot be adjusted which can affect scale for print out versions.

Fast and easy rostering for the Health and Social Care industry!
Findmyshift is an easy to use rota system for us, we have a very busy and changing workforce with multiple facilities where our staff can work and we were worried about having a difficult system that wasn't easy for our administrators to use or the staff to access however findmyshift ticks all the boxes! We are able to quickly rota our staff on in various facilities, send them immediate notification to confirm their shift and then pull reports for payroll and other purposes. Staff can also add their availability on and everything works amazingly! The support team have always been on hand to help where we have needed them - I'd highly recommend the system to others!
Pros
It's so easy to use and very tech friendly to explain to our staff. The online rota is so easy to set up and make changes to and then sends immediate notifications to the employee.
Cons
Nothing - honestly the system is a breeze it has all the features we need and just works very well.
