Efficiency and Collaboration with Monday
Overall, I like the ease of creating roles and tasks, adding team members, and managing and controlling assigned processes and tasks. It is a handy tool for dividing large projects into specific tasks and distributing them among team members. It makes it easy for everyone to know at all times whether their task is pending approval, correction, feedback, etc.
Pros
It is very useful for managing remote teams, it works for small or large companies, and it helps you automate tasks, thus saving time. You can assign tasks in real-time, set essential events and track your daily activities.
Cons
There's a lack of alerts on activities that are about to expire within the same application. At first, it can be complex to handle as it has different tools at hand, but the UI is not clear enough with the information on how to use the tools.

Good but not great yet. Needs some AI improvement
Overall, it's satisfying to see that it is working to our needs but I think a spreadsheet can do many of what it can do so I think it needs to evolve.
Pros
It was a great place to have all in 1 storage of data/dashboard/updates for my team.
Cons
I think it act's more like a spreadsheet with add ons to it but It does need to make it more interesting and needs a bit of AI

A Project Management App That's Worth Your Time
I've used several project management apps that different workplaces have required, such as Asana and Jira, and Monday.com is by far my favorite to use. The best way to describe Monday.com is that it doesn't just feel like a corporate project tool; it's useful, convenient, user-friendly, and, best of all, a joy to use. I highly encourage anyone with multiple projects to try Monday.com, especially if they've ever used any other similar software, and I guarantee they won't be disappointed or ever go back to their old, stale, uninspired project workspace again.
Pros
Monday.com is a project management app that I genuinely look forward to using every day because it makes creating tasks and tracking progress really easy to do. The layout feels functional, and it's highly customizable to fit my needs. One of my favorite things about Monday.com is that it almost feels gamified to track and complete projects. The colors and design are really appealing to look at, and you can customize your dashboard with a dark and light theme, which should be standard across all productivity apps. Monday.com even integrates fun animations when you complete tasks. I also love that you can get notifications on your desktop, connect your account through the app, and integrate your workspace across other apps like Gmail, Outlook, and your Google Calendar.
Cons
I have a limited number of items on my board until I have to either delete or archive my board; however, I'm currently using the free version of Monday.com, and I don't believe this is an issue with a paid subscription. I can only invite one other team member to my board at the moment, but once again, this is hardly an issue since it is primarily for myself and this does not reflect the paid version of the app.
Reasons for Choosing monday.com
My current company doesn't utilize a project management system, so I wanted to find one I could personally use and share with my workload if needed, and this did exactly what I needed and more.Switched From

Great to use for project management
Overall, it's great to use on our side and the client side. The client can review the tasks at hand and even update on their end, while we keep an eye on any missing items.
Pros
We like using Monday for Project Management for ongoing projects. When we have projects in the pipeline that uses multiple tasks and applications, Monday.com is the best in the business to manage it.
Cons
The interface isn't as clear as some other project management tools. We used to use a CARD system similar to trello but moved on to Monday for the task system.

Project Management tool done right!
Excellent for someone looking to manage their companies tasks, get updates, set up automations and organise your resources. It limits how you can make your boards look, but if you don't mind the simplistic and clean design of Mondays. It's a tool that gets everything right.
Pros
It's a visually pleasing software with plenty of resources to build project management boards instantly, alongside excellent customer service who are always quick to answer.
Cons
The restrictions into the customisation of the boards and pages, restricting users to only using the Monday colour scheme and lacking any variants into how much you can change what your board looks like.

A project tracking tool designed to keep the entire team in communication.
Monday can be used by the organization's staff with very little training. The different functionalities that Monday has allow for intuitive interaction.
It works very well both in the desktop environment as well as in its mobile APP. And updates to tasks can be immediately viewed by the rest of the coworkers.
We can parameterize the control and execution of activities in a project dynamically with flows that change the status of those activities, that is, we can create workflows without the need for programming, which makes it much more versatile than the rest of the tools that only focus on the completion of tasks in a project.
Pros
Monday is an extremely versatile tool and its default templates allow us to parameterize a project so that tracking is easy, considering the type of activities we handle, facilitating the tracking of technology, construction, manufacturing, marketing projects, among many others.
Another very important feature for me is the ability to quickly access the boards I have recently worked on, as well as my notifications inbox and the workspaces where I update my tasks, all on a single screen, including the ability to invite my coworkers and start collaborating on tasks that need to be executed by other people.
Cons
Monday is not as flexible when we need to keep track of projects with a large number of coworkers without considering licensing that can affect our budget. We must keep in mind that sometimes we need to incorporate personnel into our project to perform a few tasks and if we want that person to interact with the Monday software tool, we have no choice but to use a license so that they participate in the updates.
Monday allows us to import data from different data sources but I personally think that there are other tools on the market that facilitate this type of functionality that we will always require a little better. However, it does its job very well and after becoming familiar with the process, everything flows quickly.

Empowering Team Collaboration with Ease
Monday.com has transformed how our team collaborates, offering a streamlined and efficient platform that caters to our project management needs. It’s a robust tool that supports our workflows, though it could be improved by enhancing visibility into project contexts directly from the task views.
Pros
The most impressive aspect of monday.com is its user-friendly interface that significantly enhances our team's ability to collaborate effortlessly on various projects. Its seamless integration and intuitive design make it indispensable for managing our daily tasks and long-term projects alike.
Cons
One limitation I've encountered with monday.com is the inability to view the full context of a task within the 'My Work' view. It shows the tasks assigned to me, but it doesn't provide visibility into how these tasks fit into the larger project scope, unlike the more comprehensive 'Campaign' view.

Best tracking project app for construction companies
It is been really good. Sometimes the app is slow, but it does not take that long to come back. It is helping me and my team a lot to track our projects, we are a construction company, so when somebody reach us out over a year that we closed a project complaining about something we can easily review everything that happened in that project just looking through our updates on Monday.
Pros
I can easily manage my projects using Monday. I can create multiple boards for each contract we have, and have all the projects on my screen at the same time. I can easily track and see everything that is going on with my projects, I can assign people to tasks, I can upload my files directly from dropbox and it is live updated with any change on the file. Monday is really simple and easy to use, it can improve and help you to track your projects. With the updates you do, you can review any project even after a year and see everything that occurred with that project while that time.
Cons
I think they could improve in the auto assign tasks for the projects. That would improve a lot the workflow of the projects. Also, the app is being slow at least once a week and that is a bad thing about it, because it breaks the workflow.

Sleek, Modern and Intuitive Project Management Tool
Monday.com is a fantastic project and task management tool, with a modern and easy to use interface. It has allowed us to automate tedious tasks, from work load balancing, time tracking, tracking KPI's and milestones to automating the whole on-boarding/off-boarding process.
Pros
One of my favourite features of Monday.com is the endless opportunities it offers through the automations. They have improved year-on-year and allow you to do some pretty powerful stuff.
Cons
One thing I don't like about Monday.com is how some of the features are split between the different plans. I think that SSO should be available in their professional plan not just the enterprise one, and the same goes for the file storage, which jumps from only 100GB to 1TB from the professional plan to enterprise.

Looking to streamline your business & communications...look no further!
I was previously tasked to research, vet, present, and implement a software system within a business that I was a senior manager in. After much research, demo's, and discussion we selected & implemented Monday.com as our business integration software. And the results have been nothing short of remarkable! This platform effectively streamlines multiple areas of our operations, transforming the way we manage projects and collaborate as a team.
One of the standout features of Monday.com is its user-friendly interface, which makes it incredibly easy for team members to adopt and utilize. The customizable workflows have allowed us to tailor the platform to fit our specific needs, enabling real-time tracking of progress and accountability. From task management to project timelines, everything is intuitively organized, which significantly enhances our productivity.
Moreover, the integration capabilities with other tools we use are seamless, providing a centralized hub for all our processes. This has not only reduced the time spent toggling between systems but also improved communication and collaboration across departments.
I genuinely appreciate the support and resources available through Monday.com, making it easier for our team to maximize the software's potential. Overall, I highly recommend Monday.com to any business looking to streamline operations and boost efficiency. It has truly been a game-changer for us!

Very friendly software! Very go with the flow type of personality.
My overall experience with Monday.com was a surprising one! It hooked right up with four other programs we use every day . Creating different groups for specific teams within the company was super easy. Video calls with webcams were built right in and sharing files with others within the conference calls did not create any issues at all.
Pros
Monday.com is a very friendly project management software. It made juggling tons of projects at once super easy. We used it alongside our trusty Google sheets to keep track of everything, and it even worked with Word so we could share and edit documents all in one place . Monday.com had a color-coding system that helped us see which projects were super important and which ones could wait a bit.
Cons
The software is great; itt can be a bit too much for a beginner. It seamlessly opened up the door to other software applications creating curiosity. We had to have programmers on staff to integrate the software at times. There's no real AI assistant to give you an idea of how the different software would work or how they would affect your projects

Marketing and work tasks
Overall very positive, I use it daily to manage my tasks and monitor campaign performance.
I have used it for a few years now and in the begining I would face a few bugs that would prevent me from using as much. But within the last 6 months, I've noticed a huge improvement and really enjoy using the platform.
I don't experience bug issues and even if I do, when raised with the support team, they are fixed very quickly.
Pros
I like the dashboard feature where you can bring data from different boards and compare campaign performance.
Having a visual representation of the data is very helpful in understanding and implementing positive changes.
Also, the AI chat bot is insanely accurate in getting you to the right resources or even solving your issue there and then.
Cons
Although there are so many automations available, I can sometimes spend a long time finding the correct one I want to use and it can me a sort of trial and error. Maybe I just need to spend more time learning how they work etc.

Monday - easier and faster to use than other project management systems
We set it up relatively fast and then started using it right away. It was mostly straightforward making modifications to Monday to match our workflow. We did encounter many limitations on the less expensive plan but could have upgraded to get more functionality.
Overall it was easier than other platforms to set up and start using right away. We were then able to modify the system as we discovered new functionality.
Pros
Monday is VERY easy to customize to fit our processes and then easy to maintain. The table view is much easier to use than other similar systems. Being able to switch between table and Kanban was extremely valuable.
Cons
It's not as easy to customize notifications/types without a large upgrade to the plan. The less expensive plans definitely lack many features. There is also not a "todo" list function (where I can privately manage tasks not viewable by others).
Reasons for Switching to monday.com
Monday is much easier to set up and use. Price point for the basic plan is economical.- Industry: Marketing & Advertising

I absolutely love my monday.com software!
My overall experience with this software has been EXCEPTIONAL! I absolutely love it, and I use it each, and every single day in my business. I couldn't perform my work without these tools that Monday.com provides me.
Pros
I love the over functionality of the software. It's so very easy to use even my grandson can operate this software, and in my opinion the very best reasons that this is my go to for project management.
Cons
This may sound cliche but my truth. I don't have one single bad thing to say about this software. Every single thing I purchased it for, it exceeded that and some. I'm over the moon and have been recommending to everyone that I know!

A best practice for individual and team productivity
My productivity has increased, and I am able to keep my boss up to date with how my work is progressing over the week. It keeps my team close because we can create tasks on our team dashboard and be updated on projects in a quick, visual way.
Pros
It helps me keep on task. I often have competing priorities and monday.com makes it easy to set task priority and give myself deadlines to stay on track.
Cons
I would like to be able to collaborate directly with team members on Monday. Maybe there is an integration with monday.com and teams that I should look into.

Also, the stunning visual dashboards has been doing an impeccable job of giving us eyesight into our project activities which makes it possible to ensure everything is heading the right direction.

It has gathered everything we need to control workflow, schedule tasks and represent achievemen...
Monday.com has put everything we need to organize the workflow and complete the scheduling correctly in one place. It has facilitated the integration of many functions and reduced the workload to a minimum.
Pros
Monday.com reveals the ideal value of teamwork, making interaction with it a pleasure rather than a duty. With Monday.com, there is no obstacle to the continuity of tracking closing dates, updating tasks or documenting notes. Monday.com is ideal for linking several separate projects through their own boards that organize the workflow. I liked the quality of the link with email and the main calendar, which achieves better follow-up of recurring tasks.
Cons
I have never complained about Monday.com, the service team is always available, and the features are updated and new features are added to it constantly, which increases the simplicity of managing the workflow. The color representation of tables and charts is great and enhances the follow-up capabilities.

Monday.com honest review as a new user.
Since the transition from Zendesk to Monday.com, it doesn't really feel like major thing changes aside from round robin because it is really to use and very similar flow of process & design was made by the apps manager. There is just some minor feature that Monday.com is lacking but hopefully I'm wrong because I don't really know if it's the manager of the platform who can't utilize it yet or its already the way it is.
Pros
Our department started to use this web base platform due to friendly feature it has and low-cost charges according to our leaders. It's also very easy to adjust the design and troubleshoot some minor issues without reaching out to IT department in contrast to the old platform we used to have.
Cons
I'm not quite certain if it's doable on the side of admin or just the apps lacking this feature but I'm looking forward that this platform any time soon will have a round robin thing so that we don't have to assigned the task manually to each user. No sound in notification.

Managing Projects with a Strategic Framework
I use it for project management and collaborate with different teams and it helps me and the team a lot with providing clear and transparent communication channel which helps us not to drop the ball on any specific tasks. Apart from this to look at the entire project governance and helping with the WBS (work breakdown structure) framework as well is a progressive look compared to other project management tools out there.
Pros
The visibility to look at the status of each project and see daily, weekly updates at a quick glance. Also, the collab function to provide team updates and tag specific person to nudge them about their projects is a great help.
Cons
The reporting type (graphs) are very basic and limited to a point. I cannot drill it down to the level of detail I need without creating other metric dashboards or cards.
