Good but not great yet. Needs some AI improvement
Overall, it's satisfying to see that it is working to our needs but I think a spreadsheet can do many of what it can do so I think it needs to evolve.
Pros
It was a great place to have all in 1 storage of data/dashboard/updates for my team.
Cons
I think it act's more like a spreadsheet with add ons to it but It does need to make it more interesting and needs a bit of AI

Monday.com honest review as a new user.
Since the transition from Zendesk to Monday.com, it doesn't really feel like major thing changes aside from round robin because it is really to use and very similar flow of process & design was made by the apps manager. There is just some minor feature that Monday.com is lacking but hopefully I'm wrong because I don't really know if it's the manager of the platform who can't utilize it yet or its already the way it is.
Pros
Our department started to use this web base platform due to friendly feature it has and low-cost charges according to our leaders. It's also very easy to adjust the design and troubleshoot some minor issues without reaching out to IT department in contrast to the old platform we used to have.
Cons
I'm not quite certain if it's doable on the side of admin or just the apps lacking this feature but I'm looking forward that this platform any time soon will have a round robin thing so that we don't have to assigned the task manually to each user. No sound in notification.

Very flexible but also very confusing.
As a developer, it can be useful to keep track of tickets and know which ticket I'm assigned to. Easy to add comments and attachements.
But it definitely take time to get used to the platform, specially if you move from a different one like JIRA which has a simpler UI. Monday does have some great potential.
Pros
Can setup automations, like, when a status for a particular ticket is changed, it can be moved to a different sections. And others.
Cons
Can be confusing at first, there's lots of options and menus everywhere. Can easily get lost trying to find a ticket, specially if there are multiple sections/categories.

monday.com is a game-changer at productivity and organization
It's a blast a keeping myself organized with monday.com. I don't know how I survived without it before. I am significantly more organized and have way less stress trying to keep track of what needs done with which projects.
Pros
I love how easy it is to organize my projects and their tasks using monday.com. I can set request date, due dates, start and end dates. There's a ton of customizability!
Cons
Their automations are a tease. When you first set up a free account they let you use automations for a couple weeks, and then turn them off. You have to have a paid account to use any automations. Even if a two or three automations were available to a free account would be nice.

Seamless and quick work integration. Moved from Asana to Monday.com and loving it.
I previously used Asana but did not like their paid tier after your free trial is over. Monday.com also is better because you do not need to provide credit card information.
Pros
Easy to setup. The onboarding process is quick and seamless!
Cons
Overall, I really enjoyed the product much better than competitors like Asana and Trello.

A solid work management system that can scale with you
Overall, I've used Monday.com for years and am very happy with how well it can scale for small, medium and large businesses. The customizability and plugins offered are also really good and do help a lot to make the platform feel very tailored to your organisation.
Pros
I love the way dashboards can be used to integrate separate departments together. This works particularly well for Marketing Agencies where work is shared between departments but individual departments still operate individually.
Cons
I sometimes find Monday can be quite rigid in how tasks are assigned and then moved around on timelines. Having to go into board to access tasks or even not being able to 'peek into' a task can make it harder to breeze over work and tasks completed without feeling a bit 'bogged down'.

Easy to use and simplifies our projects
We've a number of projects running simulteneously and Monday.com helps us keep on top of them without too much trouble. Assinging tasks, creating to do lists and managing actions is super simple and it helps keep everyone on track.
Pros
It's very easy to understand and intuative to use. I've introduced it for a number of projects with our team and we've had no issues with getting team members to engage with it.
Cons
The user limits can be confusing between paid seats and guests and we found out the hard way that we had "oversold" our seats!

awesome project management tool, too expensive for single users
it is well structured, offers a vast variety of display possibilities and diagrams (gantt, kanban, list, and many more), it's easy to manage the access for team members and it offers many customizable setting options
Pros
monday provides a modern looking interface and a variety of display modes when it comes to a clear view of your project pages. It's top notch in project management tools
Cons
If you start your journey as a single user, it may be a bit too expensive, because there is no option for a single member subscription.

Monday is easy to pick up and run with for project and task management
Great for project management and tracking tasks, we have used it on our business to create a sales service queue, replace our excel / manual ECO/ECN process for engineering department, and in a lot of project and goal management.
Pros
Easy to get started
Easy to work with integrations and automations
Cons
Very Expensive for Enterprise level, where a lot of features you would expect with any cloud service (e.g. SSO or User Provisioning) are hidden behind the pay wall.
Interface is a little chonky, and thus you do a lot of scrolling if you don't have a HUGE monitor.

Love Monday.com
Experience has been really positive. Using Monday.com helped my marketing team keep on track of all of their projects.
Pros
How user friendly the software is. It's intuitive and really easy to navigate.
Cons
Sometimes almost too much choice which can make it easy to try and do too much. This can then sometimes over complicate what you're trying to do.

Exploring the Benefits of Monday.com
In our case, monday.com was introduced to the workers, and they have given rather positive feedback. The presentation of the project through the platform with pictures enables many people to see the progress of the project at first glance.
Pros
Monday.com has a lot going for it, with a beautiful and customizable board system as its main selling point. Another interesting is that it has the so-called “pulse” to immediately show the state and workload of a particular project and team members.
Cons
A weakness that could improve for monday.com: Lack of detailed reporting, though creating ready reports can be problematic.

Monday - easier and faster to use than other project management systems
We set it up relatively fast and then started using it right away. It was mostly straightforward making modifications to Monday to match our workflow. We did encounter many limitations on the less expensive plan but could have upgraded to get more functionality.
Overall it was easier than other platforms to set up and start using right away. We were then able to modify the system as we discovered new functionality.
Pros
Monday is VERY easy to customize to fit our processes and then easy to maintain. The table view is much easier to use than other similar systems. Being able to switch between table and Kanban was extremely valuable.
Cons
It's not as easy to customize notifications/types without a large upgrade to the plan. The less expensive plans definitely lack many features. There is also not a "todo" list function (where I can privately manage tasks not viewable by others).
Reasons for Switching to monday.com
Monday is much easier to set up and use. Price point for the basic plan is economical.- Industry: Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

Managing Projects with a Strategic Framework
I use it for project management and collaborate with different teams and it helps me and the team a lot with providing clear and transparent communication channel which helps us not to drop the ball on any specific tasks. Apart from this to look at the entire project governance and helping with the WBS (work breakdown structure) framework as well is a progressive look compared to other project management tools out there.
Pros
The visibility to look at the status of each project and see daily, weekly updates at a quick glance. Also, the collab function to provide team updates and tag specific person to nudge them about their projects is a great help.
Cons
The reporting type (graphs) are very basic and limited to a point. I cannot drill it down to the level of detail I need without creating other metric dashboards or cards.

Basic to Intermediate Functions are Intuitive
I like Monday for what it does well. I hope to encounter it throughout my career, especially since I'm already familiar with it.
Pros
Monday has a shallow learning curve that actually increases as you get deeper and deeper into the various functions and customizations. Learning how to use it as a board-user was instantaneous, and learning to manage a board using standard features was simple. But there's a lot more beyond that, if one has use for features beyond the basics. We haven't integrated other platforms into our Monday but the option to do so is helpful.
Cons
There are occasional outages. Some lasted over 12 hours but most ended within 2-3 hours of a coworker noticing.

Tracker's Paradise // Don't sleep on this one.
Love it! I use it personally in my own office for management of Lead to Client following. It keeps accurate and beneficial timed markers. I'm still fine tuning some of the better options available. I have another referral company using this and their interaction with it is much better than mine. Dashboard views are by far the easiest to track projects you have in development.
Pros
Monday is a powerhouse of templates. I loved going through to see all the options available to me and decided to edit one of the existing templates that met most of my needs.
Cons
Cost is the only thing I was bummed about. I know it is not that expensive for what you get but for a small operation like mine it was just a bit out of my comfort zone.

Overall Monday has been a very easy to use, time effective, its very visual which i like too. Email notifications are one of te best features to make sure tasks are completed on time and provides updates to other team members concerned too.

Easy to use and set up!
It definitely keeps me super organized in all of my different projects and allows for easy communication across our teams who are located all over the east coast.
Pros
I love the customization in the types of boards that you can use and the fact that you can now set up automations! Its a great way to manage different teams and projects.
Cons
I understand maybe why it is this way, but I don't love that I need a separate board for everything. I kind of wish I could have multiple different tables with different headers on one page. And maybe I am just unaware of a feature that allows this.

Excellent work management and planning system.
I've been using it for over 5 years in a variety of different ways and it has never ceased to be useful in whatever situation. Fantastic, easy to use piece of kit.
Pros
Fantastic for project management at any scale - from personal to-do lists to full fledged department planning Monday.com can do it all. It's easy to use UI and both built in and plugged-in automations really do the most to support with whatever you need across multiple workspaces.
Cons
Down-time is unfortunately higher than in the past, but it's usually very brief.
