We implemented the software during our busy season so that is why we have not had time for full training on CRO. With that being said CRO is very easy to learn and use even with basic training. Cro put out new updates leaving several invoices in limbo we were lucky we still were keeping a paper book trail and also making us hand write on 30% of are invoices.
