I had a basic database up and running in a matter of days. For more complex features, I have had great success in asking the Caspio help team for code, formulas, or other ideas, as well as finding plenty of instructional videos to help answer my questions. Our Customer Success Manager is always available to assist with ideas, platform updates, and any other needs we may have over the years. There are numerous database solutions available. In my opinion, what makes Caspio stand out is its availability. They are always there and happy to help with any issue. The more advanced features can be challenging to understand. Some knowledge of coding may be required to utilize the software entirely. The datapage based pricing model is much better than pricing models based on the number of end users. With the addition of a few key snippets of custom code, the standard suite of features can be adapted to most requirements I've met.
