Easy personized Chart of Account and layout, etc, and very easy to use program > > **Cons**: Needs a little improvement with the Reporting. The minus signs on the Expenses side looks confusing. > > So, far so good, if the "Report" would look "professional," like Xero Software or QuickBook, Aplos, etc., that would be awesome, ----- ### "Ditch Quickbooks for ChurchTrac" — 5.0/5 > **Ashley** | *6 April 2026* | Religious Institutions | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: We are new users and love that ChurchTrac laid out how to get started, along with videos for details. I have put in a few tickets for questions and they respond so quickly. > > **Cons**: I want a step by step checklist in my life - after doing the first three steps, I'm wishing I had a "this is how most churches start" to help me go from soups to nuts. > > Excellent and very attentive staff - the videos give great insight and nothing is hard. I found myself further in the process than I thought I would be, just in in the 30 day trial - so it was a no-brainer to sign up for the service. We are all excited about this cohesive software\! ----- ### "Happy ChurchTrac User" — 5.0/5 > **Dale** | *19 March 2026* | Religious Institutions | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: We use ChurchTrac for our accounting, giving, and data bases. It is very easy to use. When I have a question or support need, the support staff are very responsive and help solve my issue right away. > > **Cons**: I want to start using ChruchTrac for my website, but I am totally unsure how to do it. I would like to see a webinar "Websites for Dummies\!" like me. > > I use it regularly and would highly recommend it to any church. It is a comprehensive program with more capabilities than I even use. They have great webinars to help you learn more about they system. ----- ### "So Glad We Went with ChurchTrac\!" — 5.0/5 > **Cheryl** | *1 April 2026* | Religious Institutions | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: We just started using ChurchTrac with in the last 6 weeks. I absolutely love how user friendly the software is\! The ease of the different modules and the support respond is excellent. I have created custom reports with very little help, because all you have to do is click on a step-by-step video\! > > **Cons**: I really don't have any cons yet. We are still implementing the software. The one con is getting church trustees to make changes\! > > What's not to love with ChurchTrac. In addition, we will be saving money in the long run. We will no longer need third party vendors to pushout notifications, and we can contact members by using texting and the Church Connect App. ----- ### "Excellent Choice for Church Softward" — 5.0/5 > **Ricky** | *3 December 2025* | Religious Institutions | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: I have found ChurchTrac to be a software that addresses all my church's needs excluding payroll. It is a tremendous value. ChurchTrac support has been outstanding. My emails have been answered in a very timely fashion. The videos included in support are very helpful in learning a very user-friendly software. I emailed ChurchTrac an Excel file of my church membership information, and it was uploaded with two hours. Excellent experience. > > **Cons**: At this point I have no cons. I did mention in the pros that ChurchTrac did not include payroll. I was not looking for it to be included. > > I am very pleased with my overall experience with ChurchTrac. I look forward to fully implementing the software at our church. ----- Page: 1 / 36\ Next: [Next page](https://www.softwareadvice.co.nz/software/128248/churchtrac?page=2) ## Links - [View on SoftwareAdvice](https://www.softwareadvice.co.nz/software/128248/churchtrac) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | en | | | en-AU | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | fr | | ----- ## Structured Data
