They ignored me for over 2 months (until I started posting publicly... like this). They fraudulently withdrew funds via ACH and charged my credit card. Someone from the company contacts me after I post but every interaction fades into the ether and nobody takes responsibility for fixing the problem. > > By far, the worst vendor experience ever. Zero respectful communication. There's zero context to every interaction. You will have to manage every representative like it's the first time you've met. They have no place to remove your ACH credentials, huge red flag.
