Excellent customization and easy to use platform!
We had a very easy transition from our prior workflow tool. Robohead is very straightforward and easy to setup and having our staff fill out custom creative briefs based on the project type saves us so much time!
Pros
The ability to customize and refine the service. There's so many different options you can truly develop the tool to fit your specific needs. On top of that, the customer service is excellent, they are very responsive and willing to help!
Cons
The only issue with so much customization is you need to make a lot of decisions on how you want things. So it can be a little trial and error before you get it right. I wish we could customize the survey tool more though, that one is less flexible.

Robohead is the BEST project management tool that I have used in 25 years!
Superb customer service - team is always quick to respond, find solutions, hear you, open for enhancement suggestions and is always communicating with you.
Pros
The ability of customization, user-friendliness, resource utilization and the ease of the review documentation.
Cons
Calendar options to see work / tasks needed. Wish there was a better view for creatives. There isn't a very comprehension view.

Ongoing updates
We started in 2014 with RH and watched grow, improving in look and overall functionality. It has been instrumental in project development and through reporting, demonstrated and resulting in allowing resource additions.
Pros
Robohead is constantly reviewing and updating the system - keeping it in line with user needs. Support is second to none - prompt, understandable, personal, and thorough.
Cons
The system could use:1) more direct capability for waterfall and agile workflows2) better absence from office task assigning (temporary delegate)

Switched to Robohead with Great Ease
My team went from guinea pig for the use of Robohead at our company to now the entire company is using it. From my perspective we are all using it with ease.
Pros
Robohead was very easy to learn and use. It is fairly intuitive. It's been a great asset at my company to submit and fulfill requests for all departments of the company.
Cons
There are a few minor issues that I have but I'm not sure if it's user error or what. The due dates for projects to line up across views when multiple people are assigned to a project. As a photo editor my deadline is often different that a designer or art director's due date. In my task view the final deadline is what I see but in the details the due date is different.

Managing a Marketing Team supporting multiple Departments
Pros
Robohead is incredibly robust for creative/marketing teams who need a project management tool geared toward this industry. And they have amazing support and training opportunities, plus a phenomenal team to guide you at anytime.
Cons
It has a very steep learning curve. Takes time to invest in the learning because it is so comprehensive or robust.
