Yet the support is really GOOD\! We are 7 days per week being in the management/hospitality industry. Mon- Fri doesn't work in some cases.Time it takes to put it all together; and though we are good NOW, and still learning - it is a full learning curse ~ I mean curve :) > > Automation is key for us. This new to us as well, as everything was manual. Lots of room for errors... This system gets it all together and a lot of potential once you learn it. It takes ALOT of time though. And, you need to be certain the information you are transferring to them is compatible and consistent or you will have lots to clean up. Overall, we are very excited to be into it almost 1 year (from when we went live). We are almost all cleaned-up.
