> **Pros**: I am keeping track of local and Azure db's; for me this tool is a must.  Trying to deal with data syncs is technically possible with Select and Inserts but that is alot of hassle and then when your table changes, the tool adjusts to the newly added fields and does the transformations easily.This products fits my knowledge base, no to technical but can then get very detailed.

> My business problem is to have developer and user db's with development, testing, stagging and production databases to keep them in-sync with user case and possible error at a given stage.
