You wouldn't buy a car without test driving. Stay away from this predatory company. > > **Cons**: I stopped using when the integration of parts ordering and paper work did not fit my needs, but that is not why I give Autoleap 1 star- I give them one star (would be negative stars if available) because I was lied to by the sales person. During the on boarding I was a little concerned about the 1 year contract obligation, and was advised "If we can't get thing working smooth for you we will cancel the contract." After working with Autoleap trying to get the program to work with my shop, which I tried working with them multiple times to get the kinks worked out. I advised them it wasn't working out for my needs. I was then advised that "sorry, we honor our contracts." There was no help, no "sorry we couldn't work out" nothing that was supportive. Basically Autoleap felt and acted like they are the end all be all of auto repair management systems. > > Overall they were great at first, but I should have been suspect when they asked me to leave reviews before trying the program.
