During the demo, key software limitations were not clearly communicated, which created a mismatch between expectations and actual functionality. There are major communication gaps—calls are often not answered, and even after raising tickets, there is no proper follow-up. In some cases, calls get disconnected without any callback. If we miss a call due to being busy, the team simply sends an email instead of reconnecting or scheduling a convenient time. Also, no suitable time is provided when tickets are raised. Additionally, during phone discussions, the team confirmed that a refund would be processed for the discontinued/unused module, but till date, no refund has been received and there is no clear update on the same. > > Our experience has been below expectations.
