The server-based SQL system allows our firm full control over security of our clients' confidential information. The system is very accessible and easy to use, many of our new employees pick up on it with a quick "scavenger hunt" to introduce them to the system. The dev team is constantly upgrading the system and bugs/hiccups/system failures are few and far between.
