Excellent tool with many options. Great even in the limited free version.
Excellent. I use it for contacts and to keep track of emails, and it is a great help. The integration with Gmail makes it very easy to save all the emails, and even to send emails directly from Hubspot. It is really a great help.
Pros
I love the flexibility it offers in customising some fields, including in the free version. It is a great way to start using and testing it before engaging in a more advanced use.
Cons
Some parts of the user management are not ideal, meaning that, for example, it is impossible to read a thread of emails.

Hubspot isn't all good (or all bad) it's a Goldilocks fit (for some)
HubSpot Marketing Hub has a comprehensive suite of tools and easy interface. However, its expense, steep learning curve, performance issues, and limited customization options can be drawbacks for some.
Pros
HubSpot Marketing Hub's easy interface and comprehensive tools were a breeze to navigate and implement strategies with. From email marketing to content creation, the CRM integration was particularly helpful in tracking lead generation and nurturing. And, the automation features saved significant time and effort in repetitive tasks.
Cons
Expensive! I found that it can become overwhelming for small teams and anyone with limited marketing budgets. Another thing is the steep learning curve for advanced features can be daunting. And the customization options can sometimes feel limited. Additionally, for the price I was frustrated with performance issues and bugs, especially during critical campaigns.

Not sure why they have such great reviews
Our sales and marketing team find HubSpot actually quite hard to use. If our company was to switch from it, no one would miss it. Marketing has already decided to use Customer.io and sales is looking else where as well.
Pros
It's a fairly powerful platform, but when directly compared with Keap or Customer.io. It's not exactly better for the cost. They likely have more integrations than anybody else. That's about it. I feel like they stopped caring about their customers as much while they tried to sell their company in Google earlier this year.
Cons
Hubspot use to be the easiest to use all-in-one platform. But, these days allow their competitors have caught up and charge less. When you have a problem with the product or the integration you built, their service is not very helpful.

Marketing automation at its finest
Hubspot is more than a marketing automation platform, it is a community of marketers, an ecosystem of people with experiences that is willing to share to grow. The wealth of marketing content makes learning seamless.
Pros
Hubspot beautifully merges all the functions of a marketer's role into on comprehensive suite that is well integrated.
Cons
Hubspot does many things very well, but is not the best tool at any one task. It's a compromise but having a one-top-shop/hub is invaluable.

Internal or External - Solid Email Management, Data Collection and CRM
It did the job we needed it for within the confines of one tech product w/o needing separate services. Typically we'd need an ESP like MailChimp + Landing Page/Funnel Designer like ClickFunnels + CRM like LeadsPedia + plugins to make sure they all spoke to each other. I did all of those things in HubSpot.
Pros
It made using all of the elements under one brand/UX easier to manage. The email portion was effective and tied in with the landing pages we created which then sorted our B2B CRM. It was an effective tool.
Cons
It has a bit of a learning curve and there are plenty of features we haven't used simply because they appear to be complicated and not self explanatory.
Reasons for Choosing HubSpot Marketing Hub
I'd used the three separate services in different ventures in the past. Someone turned me onto HubSpot and showed me I could do all three in one.Reasons for Switching to HubSpot Marketing Hub

Pros
HubSpot Marketing is a powerful, user-friendly tool that simplifies inbound marketing efforts. The integration of analytics provides clear insights, allowing businesses to track performance and optimize strategies in real time.

Powerful, but not affordable for micro/small businesses
Very positive, but the pricing model doesn't work for us.
Pros
HubSpot has a great balance between features and user-friendly interfaces. Almost anyone can set it up to do what they need to, without training or expert help.
Cons
While powerful, HubSpot isn't exactly friendly for micro and small companies. Advanced features cost too much for businesses with just a select few clients/customers. It's only suited for companies with large volume/very high ARR from each clients.
Spending few hundred, and upwards of 1,000 per month is not feasible for most. I would much prefer a usage-based pricing, rather than "feature gating". A company with a dozen of clients using advanced features doesn't "cost" HubSpot nearly the same as a massive company using the same features.
Pricing is relatively similar whether you have 10 or 1,000 contacts, and that made us stop using HubSpot as a micro company focused on relationships, not volume.

HubSpot Marketing Hub is a Good Investment
Pros
HubSpot Marketing Hub is a powerful platform that stands out for its user-friendly interface, extensive integrations, and scalability.
The platform's emphasis on automation, analytics, and ease of use makes it a top choice for marketers looking to increase efficiency and drive better results from their marketing efforts. However, pricing tiers and feature availability should be considered based on specific business needs and scale.
Cons
The cost is a big factor to consider when making your decision. The complexity for beginners is something to consider; it could be overwhelming to learn all the capabilities and fully leverage all ins functionality.
